Comment: Sorry but I found this article to be whinny if not a bit flippant about the state of our security. We should be focusing on WHY we continue to shake down little old ladies in the airports. The simple reason is that Homeland Security is still being run by a bunch of yahoos. That the Bush administration has outright refused to implement the basic recommendations from the 9/11 commission. Why do they refuse to do their job? Because our tax dollars are already over expended paying for the rich people's tax cut and the war in Iraq. I intentionally left out Afghanistan because that is the legitimate war. Afghanistan is where all our troops should have been deployed. If this article had veered even slightly in this direction then I'd be the first to stand up and applaud. Unfortunately, it came up too short.

Comment: OK Joe. So whats YOUR solution? Critizing is easy. But this is so typical in our times... People like to criticize but don’t wont come up with a better solution. We’re in changing times, so our methods of dealing with the growing terrorist threat will have to evolve and change over time also. Any system we implement is going to be imperfect, because it’s designed by humans, who are by nature imperfect. So critics will always find something to whine about. As for me, I applaud those TSA workers and those in Homeland Security who work to keep us safe daily. God bless 'em all.
