Comment: How long will the SuperBowl incident be drudged upon? I'm so tired of it. Most of all, I sick and tired of the media raking Janet over the coals for it......Honestly anyone that watched the Superbowl during her performance knows that it happened so fast that you couldn't tell....It was the media, and the gossip columns that blew this thing out of portion....I saw more of her breasts in the still photos plastered everywhere, with the nipple close-ups of the sun-burst piercing than I did during the performance. I agree that she should not have taken that route....but how long will she have to defend 'a mistake' in judgment. I was more outraged at Madonna lip locking with Christina Aguillera and Brittany ..... but I guess .... IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!!!

Why don't they ask about the rumor saying she was never fat that in fact she wore a fat suit for publicity so that it would look like she lost all this weight in such short time so she can get all the magazine covers. Comment: IMO opinion it's pertinent because Justin Timberlake was at the point of getting critical acceptance from the "industy" and decided that the acceptance was more important than standing by Janet. I thought it was crazy that Janet didn't use that world stage to introduce new songs but then again we now know why -- that album died the day it was released. The whole issue behind apologizing was Grammy exposure -- Justin wanted it so he played the game. Janet wasn't so forthright so she wasn't invited to the party. The so called flash was really a non event however it was huge for the FTC because the boundaries of what's acceptable on free TV keep getting pushed. They had to draw the line somewhere. Justin has now moved on to become Timbalind's muse and it will be interested to see how (or if) we support his Sexyback (project)

Comment: I think the media went overboard with Nipplegate like the world was ending but I don't feel sorry for Janet because her actions were premeditated. I have yet to meet a woman who puts a star in her breast with her clothing. She knew that it would create talk which is why she did it but it blew up in her face. Janet does need to grow up and start acting like a woman. When I was getting ready to catch my flight at Hartsfield-Jackson airport back to LA I saw her on the cover of FHM magazine with the same type of pose that is on the cover of the new issue of Vibe.

Comment: LOL @ boot...Pamilicious, I knew it was her boob immediately. A lot of my friends did too because my phone began ringing seconds after it happened. This is the first time Janet and Justin have addressed the issue since 2004 so their comments aren't really old. I've read other articles featuring Janet and all she talked about was Jermaine. She has yet to talk about her music, which is pretty good by the way. You can listen to the whole cd on BET.com. Justin sold almost 700,000 his first week out. I hope Janet does well also.

Comment: Let me b the first 2 call u both (Tommy and MrUn37) REALLY NAIVE. Since this has been examined from every conceivable angle, there is/was a close-up picture on the 'net of Janet's breast. In that close-up u can c that her outfit contains velcro. Now, take that and the fact that Janet's entire career has been based on a "sex sells" POV and 1+1=2. This was done 4 shock value and when it blew up in her face she had to back-pedal. I don't get the big deal, though. Most of the men complaining about it probably jacked off 2 their TiVo recordings of the incident 4 weeks. Might I suggest 2 JDJ 2 just go ahead and pose 4 Playboy like big sis did. We've already seen all the goodies on the web, on album covers, on magazine covers, etc., so u might as well go all the way and be paid 4 it.

Comment: Let's face it, if Janet WANTED to show her decorated breasts to the entire world, why would she show it for free when Playboy, Hustler or any adult magazine would have paid her millions and gotten to show her nipples and more. Comment: Mr Unapolgetic, I guess you and I are charter members of the naive club. Was the last line written for the Super Bowl, or was it part of the original song? I believe someone just thought it would have been cute to flirt with the line, and showing a lil sum sumthin. I also believe it was a combination of Justin pulling too hard and the material too weak to hold up to the pulling. All that adrenaline up there, it really COULD be that he pulled it too hard. He stumbled for words and could only say WARDROBE MALFUNCTION because the wardrobe could not hold up to Justin's pulling. In rehearsal, it probably worked, that's what made them believe they could pull it off. Yes, perhaps Janet needs to say, I really should not have agreed to do that because hindsight is 20/20 vision. But to say it was on purpose? Y'all aint' easy, man!!

Comment: What may not be a well known fact: MTV produced that year's halftime show. Since then, MTV has not supported Janet in any way. Neither of the videos she's released from her new cd has been played on MTV's website...if you go to mtv.com now, you won't even know that Janet's cd is coming out this Tuesday. And for those wondering if we will still support Justin, his cd just debuted at number one on the Billboard's Hot 200 albums chart and the R&B chart. Now that ain't right.
