Comment: I just don't get Christian comedy. I know we can fellowship and have a good time but I grew with Church being a learning experience. The learning experience is what brought people to enjoy fellowshipping with other Christians. Maybe I'm just too traditional....

Comment: Dport - I think Christian comedy just serves the purpose of, say, that church tea or something. A little something extra. And it's great for it to be comedy b/c everyone likes to laugh, but you don't necessarily have to hear n&**a this, and all of that other nonsense that isn't even funny. Christian comedy can definitely be entertaining - - Chocolate is hilarious.

Comment: Sonnyd I remember when Chocolate's mouth was almost as bad as a sailor's and then she disappeared. A few years ago I found out she was doing christian comedy and give the woman big ups. I don't mind the cussing but if you can't tell one joke straight you leave a lot to be desired by me. Even Steve Harvey with his foul mouth self did a show for the gospel folk and said not one cuss word - it can be done.
