What's puzzling is that w/all the "apparent" evidence against the accuser and alibi's sumbitted, the Defense has not filed a motion to throw this case out. Something of which every legal analyst alive says that they have the legal authority to do. What's the problem here....

Comment: GHank two weeks after the rape they have a video showing the 'victim' sliding up and down the pole again (it was shown on one of the talking head shows a few weeks ago). This is also after she went to the hosptial for a second time complaining of neck and back pain from whatever the white boys did to her. This whole case stinks - I don't know if this chick would be traumatized being as though she was raped before and then became a scripper. I think something did happen (just the nature of white boys) but I also believe these to scrippers are opportunists.
