Comment: I just hope that this project has Chris Bridges involvement as opposed to Ludacris who releases projects with explicit lyrics where you have to be a certain age to buy them -- and the age is not the demographic he just signed a deal with. On a positive note, it's an opportunity for Luda to show parents, he is more than just B&t$hes & H&'s. If that is not the case, then I can't imagine the logic of Nick going after someone whose music they can not play on their channel....

Comment: I agree Teigh but I also think that moving in circles outside his own will help to refine him and grow those lyrics up. He's too old in the rap game to keep rapping about the samo samo. I like the cut they are playing from his new cd but the lyrics are the same as always and I'm tired of him loving his daughter's shatty drawers and calling every other female a bytch or 'ho!

Comment: . . . and I still ain't fallin' for Snoop or Ice T's explanation for their continued use of those terms.

Comment: Is it just me, or is anyone else wondering why one of the high school students to be featured on the show is 21 years old?

Comment: Nola> You aren't the only one who thought that 21 is waaayyy too old to be in high school, but I'm not sure if that is how performing arts high schools get down or what.

Comment: Wow, Luda hosting and teen show; Ice-T teaching teens how to become rap stars; Cube starring in G-rated movies and Snoop coaching Little League. Maybe this is a new trend. Maybe rap artists are dropping that gangsta image and are becoming mentors to our youth (or maybe I'm dreaming).

Comment: The best explanation I can think of for the ages of the featured actors is Guild laws about how often and how long a "child star" can work. Not sure if the Guild (and that's if it is a union show) treats 18 as an adult.

Comment: i'm not a Luda fan, but i hope this show works.
