Comment: Since when did NYPD start pulling people for talking on their cell phones,(Busta had to have been signaled out cause he was recognized as a rapper) I know it's the law but people continue to yak away on their phones and I have yet to see anyone get pulled over and get a ticket for it, even NYPD does it...I really wish they would enforce that law like they are supposed to it would cut down on the many accidents that occur because of that...One morning on my way to work, a man cut me off very unceremoniously damned near hit me cause he was talking on the phone with one hand and eating breakfast with the other...what was he driving with??? HIS FEET!!! needless to say I lost my religion on his azz that morning...

Comment: CoCo, that cell phone yakkin' is some dangerous shyt while driving. Ain't no joke. You can talk within reason if you have one of those earphone devices and the pbone is not attached to you. But how many people follow that?
