Really, is it something to be proud of to say, "I've had my kitty beat up by the best of 'em"? Where's the pride? What these women fail to realize is that while folk will run out to read their tell all book, the way society is, no one will feel sorry for them, they'll forever be looked upon as "whores" and they will let the men slide for their actions. Why put yourself out there like that???? All for some money??? If you feel so compelled to write these type books, use a fictious name for yourself and DON'T include your pic. Ohhh, I know what it is, everyone is seeking their claim to fame, maybe it might lead to an acting career or something. The sad part about it all, none of these women think of the impact it will have on their children.......it's a crying shame!

Male rappers are making money off of degrading women everyday,is it better for them to pimp women than for it is to tell her own story? I am not agreeing with any of this behavior but if these men are making money off of rapping about her stuff, isnt she entitled to make money writing about her stuff. I agree that people should have standard, ethics, integrity etc. but it is what it is. These same men are fathers and it is evident that we have a problem in our community with men stepping up to be daddys and not donors. What are they saying to their sons? And again, I would probably (I never say never, because i have not worn those shoes) not write a book like this if I had done ever major sports, movie and music man. I can not however judge her because I really believe that if anyone is going to make money off her stuff it should be her. I do believe it is the children who will pay especially Nas's daughter because she is old enough to understand and even if she doesnt read it, she may hear about it in school.

Any man (or woman) who messes with a common ho knows that most of the time it will get back to the wife or girlfriend because a ho will always talk unless they got just as much to lose. The only difference with these womean is that they are dealing with famous men so instead of it being just neighborhood or beautyshop gossip its nationwide gossip. Comment: I have read parts of this book on another blog, and it does not seem like she is trying to spread a message about not pimping yourself out (as Superhead claimed she was doing). But she actually just seems proud of herself and wanting to brag. I'm sorry, but when you have a 10-year-old daughter, it is just tacky to write about this stuff (especially when she is bragging that she slept with Nas after he got with Kelis). A few lines in some rap songs do not justify going into detail about people's anatomies and stamina and blah blah blah. Those guys were wrong too, and a mother of a young lady should not stoop to their level.
