They do follow him EVERYWHERE he goes in New York. Just watch the dvd. I don't think the Game is on himself in this particular case.

Comment: Testic Al is right, there are police units that follow, photograph and bug rappers and their activity. In fact they were following Notorious BIG the night he was killed. It is said they witnessed the murder but since police officers were involved in BIG's murder (David Mack)that information will never come out.
