Comment: You can kill a person by shooting them in the head....13 times was to prove a point and show some kind of manism or womanism..it's still foolish either way. A man may be on his death bed and the person who did it has to live with that for the rest of their life and by doing soo their conscious will eat away at them like maggots in a pile of decaying trash....

I am afraid that people today (especially the younger generation) do not have the conscious that most of us do. They feel nothing. They are empty. This probably was not the first time this person fired a gun, therefore, they now have a lust for it and for killing the next human out there. They probably feel as though they are a "BIG MAN (or woman)" now that they did this. With today's music, video games and movies, violence is everywhere and we (especially the youth once again) are at a point where we have become desensitized to it. This is a very scary world we live in. I am only 35 years old and now I am beginning to sound like my parents (which I swore I would never do!). But now I see where they were coming from (talking this way, like when I was a kid) as I am doing now. The devil is very busy.
