The original beatmaker should have copyrighted his music and he wouldn't be having this problem. The point is, dude allegedly had his beat jacked. Everything sounding the same today holds no merit. If one of y'all old folks favorite artists got jacked, y'all would be ranting and raving. Dude will learn next time to protect his music. Pay up Timba if you did jack the beat. He was smart by getting a beat overseas though.
