Comment: They are in a country where several have already been accused of raping underage girls why encourage sex of any kind and especially at this time? Someone doesn't think much of these soldiers to send shat like this over there - what? they think all these men think about during their downtime is sex? How about sending them positive messages and telling to keep their heads up. Survival is the order of the day and to get caught fudgin' or jackin' off could mean their very lives.
