That has to be pretty tough on the natural hair. You see folks like Toni Braxton or Vivica Fox who take the weave out and their hair his very short. I thought weaves were supposed to help grow your hair.
I'm wearing micros and haven't had a relaxer since last summer. My hair has thickened up and grown quite a bit. It is in great shape. I also use Carol's Daughter products. Some days, I think I may never take my braids out. I have a wonderful lady from Ghana who knows what she is doing when it comes to braiding hair.

Comment: Beyonce can do whatever she wants as long as she can find people who go with her flow. These are her videos that she is financing. Wendy Williams attempted something similar when she tried to get people to pay to audition for her project. She stopped when she found out it was illegal. Beyonce held open auditions for a reason. To get non union dancers (and musicians)...they girls from round the way who don't no nothin bout no union but just want to be down -- even if it means you are selling yourself and your talent short for the sake of a Beyonce video. Those who know how to play use the exposure, and the performances to make themselves eligible for the various unions. It's all a hustle -- play or be played.
