Comment: I thought at first she said there was no tape. She's not at fault for making an intimate tape with her significant other. Lots of people do that. She is at fault, however, for not erasing the tape after they had watched it or for at the very least not taking ownership of the tape after they broke up and locking it away forever. But something tells me she is not pointing fingers because she learned from her bff Paris Hilton that "the accidental release" of one of these tapes is a quick way to get famous without having actual talent.
