Comment: It's amazing on how ignorant he came off, but I know how Bobby thinks...he gets up and he thinks its 1989 with his Nov issue of "Jet" magazine on his bedstand with plenty of Moet and enough strange groupies at his bedside passed out w/pipe in tow! Comment: It sounds to me here like it happened so fast between Bobby's people and the staff at hot 995, that bobby wasn't even fully aware of whatever deal went down. It also makes me think of one word - Intention. What was hot 995's real intention for having him on in the first place? Ratings? Of course. Ad Sales that week? Of course. To make fun of him all week with jabs and punches on his life? In the end, would it have been really worth it? They sound no good and greedy to me. But yes Bobby do gotta take care of his responsibilities.

Comment: This not the whole story and those that were listening (not me) know that Bobby's people bailed him out or at least that was the impression he had. There is some question as to whose money got there first and who 99.5 spoke to in order to make this deal. Those white boys wanted to clown BB and he might have been under the impression that it was a serious 7 day stint. The fact that all they wanted him to talk about up front was that child support pis.sed him off. Even BB gets tired of being clowned sometime!

Comment: The guy from the station said the issue has been resolved. Bobby (well, he said Bobby's brother) is returning the money. They are now giving the 19,000 away to people in the community. I don't listen to the station regularly so I'm not sure how they are going to go about it.

This is what's called "enabling." Comment: Bobby KNEW they were going to ask him about his child support prior to coming on the show. THat was part of the agreement. He signed a contract outling what he would be doing and if he agreed, they would post the money for him, they indicated they would not give him the money for child support unless he agreed to those terms, so he knew. He got on the radio station Friday and acted as if he didn't know and but they have recordings of him agreeing to this. So both the raido and Bobby Brown was pimping each other
Trust he knew and his lawyer knew.

Comment: Another thing it was found out that his lawyer lied to the radio station about when he actually got out of jail.
His brother somehow came up with the money posted him out of jail on Wednesday,CONTINGENT that the money the radio station was using to get him out of jail, was reimbursed to him. The radio station thought he was getting out on Thursday, but in actuality, he was out Wednesday. The radio station confirmed that the lawyer lied to them, and agreed to give them their (radio station) it's money back.

Comment: LadyT, if something doesn't make sense its usually not true, however, what u say, does have a ring of truth to it. "I'm just sayin'"....But nevertheless, whether Bobby was gonna be clown or whateva, still he brought all this on himself.
Can't say that i feel sorry for him....but if the station took that chance, they knew who they were dealing with. I don't feel sorry for them either. ...i do feel sorry for his family because its a shame that his family has to do what they have to do for him and his children have to know that their dad is no good.

Comment: I agree with those who say that those white guys wanted to clown Bobby on the air. I doubt that he negotiated the payment arrangement himself and probably wasn't aware of any agreement that he would talk about his personal business with them for a week! Of course Bobby should pay his child support, but I'm not even sure that he HAS the money to pay the required amount these days. That being said, I don't think he should be exempt, but somebody may need to make 'justments. And despite his apparent lack of financial responsibility, I don't necessarily think he's a bad father. He seems to have a good relationship with his kids. Even this time he was arrested at one of their performances (cheerleading competition, wasn't it?) People don't give him credit for anything. He has more issues than most,but I just don't see him as all bad like most of you do.

The system will lead Bobby to eventually do something really stupid like rob a bank. Get that man's child support in sync with his condition today and make sure he gets screened for drugs and throw his azz in jail if he doesn't pass the test!

I know I may get flack for that comment, but Bobby brought it all on himself. He been clownin hisself way before this happen. I think after he signed the agreement, he thought about it and was like nawwww... I ain't embarassing myself on no radio station. Like someone said before he wanted to keep what little self respect he had for himself and decided not to show. Either way, it will be interesting to see what will happen the "next" time, he get locked up for failure to pay child support. We are going to see who bails him out then.

Comment: Bobby strikes me as being very childlike, it would seem as if he needs to have some handlers who actually take care of business. Yes he can be ignorant but never malicious, there is something here that isn't being told period. Paying his bail was a ploy for rating and probably to clown him like other posters are saying and even if he clowned himself in the past it was on his terms, even though he may not always act like it, he's a man, not a sideshow, it's probably embarrassing enough he's back in the news again about child support issues. What is really going on with the child support deal, is it some hidden baby mama drama? Even on the show he seemed like he had great love for his children and they seemed to love him so why is he not paying child support? Could it be that there are no adjustments made when he isn't earning? Think about even with the money he earned for the show, that was at least two years ago, with his mental problems (bi-polar makes you spend large sums of money at times with no regard as to where or how you will be able to maintain) someone who was trustworthy should have been taking care of dude's money so he would not be back to square one being broke. I do wish he could get legitimate help and not just from the same ol' hanger ons.

There are probably a few crack dealers, and murders that could probably do a good job hosting a morning show, but they too need to be freed. Will they post bond for them also?. Fcku those morons at that station for perpetrating this stupid stunt. I hope they never get their money back, and Bobby Brown gets lost somewhere in China.
