Comment: "You can’t be happy that fire cooks your food and be mad it burns your fingertips.” Well said Chris....and he should receive no rebuttle about his marriage from no one after that comment.

Comment: Sometimes I wonder if that rumor that Oprah and others met with Dave Chappelle and made him tone down. Because I'll be honest - I like the old Chris Rock better. Ever since he's been one of Oprah's favorite he seems to have toned down - he doesn't have that edge anymore. And that new movie he's in looks whack - boring. It's like Oprah and them took he and Dave in a back room and said - no more cussin, da da da da da da. I want the old Chris Rock back...

Comment: I agree Ren...He does seem to have lost his edge...I hope he's not gonna do a Sinbad on us...Then come back years lata as a an angry Dr. Cosby...Get the edge back Chris that's what made ya...Movies ain't your vehicle dude...Yo, there's an opening for a edgy Black comedian on the Comedy network....It ain't like you've run out of material....cause some Black folks continue to do dumbazz sh1t...White folks too!

Comment: Stay optimistic Chris and you just might survive in Hollyweird.

Comment: I think it's ok for people to Evolve... Do your thang Chris!! However you want to do it. Most people do mature as they get older.

Name: HarrisThomas
Comment: Is being edgy a young, unmarried, no children type of thing? Chris is 40-something. I like that he cares about his image with respect to his children. I also like his commentary on cultural and political issues via his comedy. The edge is just right.

Comment: Cosign Lucynell and HarrisThomas! I like Chris' attitude about this whole thing. "You can’t be happy that fire cooks your food and be mad it burns your fingertips.” That is CLASSIC! And edgy, in my opinion.

Name: ChicagoLady
Comment: I wish a lot of other celebrities would listen to that statement and not get mad at the bad press cuz you know they're right there sloppy up the good press with a bisquit asking for seconds!!!!
