Comment: A 29 year old punk slapping around a 14 year old baby, WOW what a big man! I hope the childs father presses charges against that idiot and he can be slapped around when and if he goes to jail. Some of these rappers are so ignorant and violent it just doesn't make any sense.

Name: McNasty
Comment: The Hell! Beatin' up on kids and he's not a full year out of the free hotel! I guess he doesn't realize if this woman presses the issue his as.s will end up right back there. I do wonder though why the report says fiddy was not present at the %*$ault and the mother is putting him on the front row! Guilt by association is a mother!

Comment: After flops from Yayo, Mobb Deep, and Lloyd Banks, this aint good.

Comment: SOMEBODY needs to put the muphuccas out of their misery!

Comment: Oh Marvin... You're an idiot, take of the chains, go back to school and get a job. 30 is not the new 20 for you.

Name: DCGG
Comment: Tony Yayo needs to come to DC and get on that Minnesota Avenue bus around 3:00 pm when them rowdy azz kids are getting out of school...

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Yayo is a fool! LMAO! NO WAY is he turning 29! This dude looks 35 at the least.

Name: Afiya
Comment: I refuse to believe Yayo hit this kid for nothing...it has to be much more than this...have we stooped so low as to knock around a child that doesn't fit into your realm...it just doesn't make sense...it has to be more to it than that (a t-shirt?)...and it still won't be a good enough excuse...STOP THE MADNESS...NOW!!

Name: FiveMore
Comment: TA-->I agree!Dude is not being honest about his age! But,... if he is 29, he better leave the drugs and drink alone, cause he looks worn and haggard. Why is a grown azz man attacking a teen? Can you say lawsuit and GGGG-UNIT at the same time!lol

Name: 2ndChance
Comment: Lawd! Marvin? Curtis? Clifford? LOL What is up with these rappers and their old school names. Who is the next hot rapper? Amos? Ernest?

Name: CandyCane
Comment: Hey, some 14 teen years-olds be big as hell!!!

Name: archcookies
Comment: I do not embrace rappers, their culture or their message. Whether the music is relevant or not you decide. But what I have observed about most of these pseudo-gangstas is that they are just a bunch of puzzy azz bastords that pick on little kids, get into fights when they have their possey's with them to back them up and lack maturity. If their punk azzes didn't have guns and amour they'd be somewhere hiding under the bed. You might buy the hype these so-called artist dispels and so be it but, I am living in a place called reality. Where a real man doesn't have to hide behinds bluff and bluster.

Name: Tiedie
Comment: I've said it before, and I'll say it again, these ghetto azz monkies should all be rounded up and shipped off to Iraq or someplace where their ignorance can be useful.

Name: Platinum
Comment: I've never heard of this punk! Whatever the reason, rapper or not he had no business smacking that child.... Luckily for Yayo it wasn't one of those gun totin'teens.

Name: Cappaucino
Comment: Some folks make you shame to be Black, dang that is cowardly 14vs a 43 yr old. I feel you ArchCookies and you too Candy Cane lol, true words! but dude is like an elder in the villiage and he is acting a fool. Judge me or Judge me not, but I also hate C(rap) I do love real hip hop but this is not it. These are Imposters and cowards Busta - Punchin people like he in a action Movie Dmx - Drivin through airport gates and impersonating a cop and the list goes on... You don't see country artist fightin over horses :) You gots ta chill!

Comment: What a JACKAZZ!!!

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: Yayo..catch any of the 90 or A buses leaving Anacostia around the same time as DCGG said...back slap one of 'em and c what happens.

Name: ImJustAsking
Comment: Musb/DCGG< Actually, you are both wrong, he should stand out in front of Ft. Totten station at 3:28. The girls out there would whip his azz. But I ain't even gonna front, I know some 14 year olds I would LOVEEEEE to punch.

Name: beegirl
Comment: Feel bad for the kid and all, but I think the mother saying this was a step away from "molestation" was taking it a little too far.

Name: SpecialK
Comment: IJA, DCGG & musb: How about hopping on the "X" bus that runs along H St N.E. He would for sure get his azz kicked and cussed out by a female then she and her girls would probably jump him after he got off the bus. That 90 bus line ain't not joke either!

Name: Angel
Comment: Beegirl - I thought comparing this episode with molestation was a bit much, but you know mothers. LOL Don't touch moma's baby or she'll stick ya!! I can just hear her "That pervert put his hands on my baby!"

Name: SpecialK
Comment: IJA: I almost kicked this young girls azz last week on Metro. I told this young girl that if she bumped into me one more time I would drop her azz on the floor. When she knew I wasn't playing she moved away from me. I don't just go around cussing out teenagers but she and her friends were playing around on the subway and after I asked her to watch what she's doing twice, the niceness is out the window. She was trying to show off for her friends but she knew if she so much as brushed up against me again, I would drop kick her azz. This generation is so disrectful!!

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: I thought he was a LOSER from get, but if this story is true is a CERTIFIED LOSER! He should go straight to jail.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: TesticAl> I agree that he is older but I was thinking "40".

Name: blackdiamondleo
Comment: I'm a big fan of Fitty, but this makes me sick! I keep saying the tailgaters get you FU! Now they're REALLY going to be calling you a punk YAYO. You deserve it! And for Fitty to sanction it (if he did. Because as we all know or should, we can't believe the media),he deserves the ridicule too.

Name: DCGG
Comment: SpecialK I hear you the kids are off the chain, but I'm a native washingtonian, grew up and survived the 80's so I don't have a problem with cursin them mofos out...once I finish goin off on them, they backs da fvuk down...but it's usually always some damn females tryin to be cute...

Name: Thunny
Comment: That nicca is pushing 40! I know jail can make a man age quickly but if he's 28 then I'm Mo Kelly's biggest fan!

Name: Thunny
Comment: Sadly this kid is about to get clwned at school for violating the street's "stop snitching" motto. I understand he's just a child but the kids are the main one's who subscribe to that nonsense.

Name: uhra
Comment: Word out of New York is that little dude threw a chicken bone (from a 2 piece) or some Now & Laters or somethin' that had accidentally hit Yayo's leased Escalade. Apparently, the Now & Later, or alledged chicken bone, got stuck in one of his rims, causing the rim to lock up. To set him straight, Yayo jumped out of his vehicle, took a wet foodstamp out of his pocket and slapped the boy with it. Last we heard, the boy was unable to use the foodstamp for cigarettes or candy. That's how stupid this is. BLACK FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name: TesticAl
Comment: I just read an updated article on MTV.com. According the article and Yayo's rep, Yayo and 50 were not in NY at the time this incident occurred. Some people might have to take back their remarks.

Name: Victornator
Comment: These DC kids are off the chain. Anyone ever rode the subway around 3:00/3:30? A friend of mine saw "The Hills Have Eyes" part 2 or three this past weekend. She sat next to a 3-year-old who talked througout the whole movie. I bet this kid is going to grow up and become one of these "DC kids."

Name: ImJustAsking
Comment: SpecialK/DCGG< I agree that it's mostly the girls. The boys horseplay a little bit but the girls are the ones cursing loud and being rude to people. Y'all know that adults have recently stepped up complaints about the kids on metro and they are trying to step up their efforts to quiet them down. It's starting an interesting debate around here. The post has been reporting on it. Some of people say that adults don't have a right to a quiet afternoon commute home on metro and that it's the adult's responsbility to crack down on the kids, but some riders have said that kids have physically threatened them, one lady had a young girl pull a knife out on her when she tried to correct the girl's behavior. And one girl who was interviewed in the article admitted to what you said about them trying to impress their friends by getting a rise out of adults. Those kids don't scare me but when I see them acting a fool, I think it's embarrassing.

Name: ImJustAsking
Comment: Testical< Well, EurWeb copies and pastes all its news from other sources, so if what you're saying is true, they will have palgiarized the update by tomorrow. lol

Comment: IJA, you're right about that! LOL!

Comment: This was molestation, all molestations are not sexual, the word means to bother or antagonize. I don't care how big the 14 year old was, the kid didn't do anything to him and he hit him that is molestation. I don't get it, there used to be a definite line drawn between childish and adult behavior, the dayum rappers have blurred that line because to me the majority of them are bullies that need an audience to encourage them own. I hope the family sues his rotten azz into the ground.

Name: archcookies
Comment: >IJA unless and until we get some real parenting in the home we are going to only see the situation with our kids worsen as the years go by. Have any of you ever noticed that when a young person now is convicted of a major crime usually they are reported as "having no remorse" that's because Mommy and Daddy were not on their jobs teaching these crumb crunchers about respect to other people and their property. They don't know the first things about manners and respect because they'll see older adults sitting on the trains, buses, etc and that doesn't stop them one bit. I remember growing up I could be cursing up a blue streak but if an adult came on the scene known/unknown my behavior changed because I was taught to respect my elders. The foundation of a good society is morality and the respect for humankind and human life. The cost of a life these days is so cheap, people will kill you for the dayumdest things and not have a second thought about it.

Name: arkansasgirl
Comment: Testical, I read a report on allhiphop.com that Yayo turned himself in and he was released on $5000 bail.

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Arkansasgirl, allhiphop comes through at times, but that site is kind of a hip hop tabloid site. I'll take MTV's word over them any day. I'm not saying you're wrong, but I will roll with mtv.com until we hear further. Archcookies, read the article on mtv.com.

Name: arkansasgirl
Comment: Testic, they also supposly have a picture of Yayo in the police car.

Name: archcookies
Comment: >Testic I did real the article on MTV.com the reports seem similar was there something I missed?

Name: cornbread
Comment: MARK THIS DOWN PEOPLE. HEARD FIRST ON EURWEB. I'M GON' SMOKE ME SOME KILL ON THAT PUNK AZZ YAYO. WHEN I SEE THE BIITCH, I WILL END HIS LIFE CUZZ. BUCK, BUCK, BUCK WILL BE THE SOUND OF MY GAT WHEN I BLAST ON HIS AZZ. THAT MUTHA FUKKA IS HISTORY.

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Archcookies, the article I read on mtv (updated today) states that Yayo nor 50 were in NY when this went down. It also states that Yayo has plead not guilty. It's in the headlines section. Arkansasgirl, they do? I'm still not believing that. That could be any picture of Yayo in a squad car. You know he has been arrested a grip of times. All I'm saying is I'm not going to make any comments on this until more light is shed on the subject. Yayo is stupid, but I don't think he slapped up a 14 year old. It seems like some of the posters on this board really wished he slapped that kid.

Name: Thunny
Comment: Thanks for the introspective commentary, "cornbread".

Name: ImJustAsking
Comment: LMAO! That's right Cornbread, When you see Yayo, smoke that fool, homey! TesticalS< that’s how they talk in Cali right? I was actually going to say the same thing about the picture of Yayo in a sqaud car. I mean, he's like 49 years old, so that picture could have been an arrest from 1976. My question is, where is 50? Cause ah, album flops and all he can still get it. Arch< I think that some of these parents would truly be surprised to see how these children are acting. I'm not saying parenting isn't a factor, but even the best parents have children who act a fool. IN fact, some of the children who are the best at home are the worst when they are away.

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: IJA...STOP! Stay on the east coast we me sweetheart! Homey?.lol..u wild. Arch et. al, yes the parents share some responsibility but we really need to stop acting as if parents would condone the behavior of their kids. There are many of us who have no idea the bad things that our kids are doing. We're busy trying to provide for them so that they'll have a chance in life. Sometimes, all those provisions just don't work. There are several factors in play but to just place the blame solely on the backs of parents ain't the answer.

Name: TesticAl
Comment: IJA, LMAO at you saying "smoke that fool homey!" LMAO!

Name: ImJustAsking
Comment: *shakes titties to the west at TesticAL* *shakes titties to the east at Musb* Musb, you know I could never leave you! You will always be my cyber boo. I have always dreamed of talking like Snoop dogg though. The first rap cd I ever bought was by Boss...Testical, do you remember her?

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Yes I remember BO$$. I have her cd. They used to play her video "Recipe" all of the time on The Box back in the day.

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: lol...iight keep playing! On another note...you went WAY back to the female gangsta archives w/Boss? Bytches on Some Shyt! Fk outta here.

Name: beegirl
Comment: Arch, the woman didn't say that this counts as molestation. She said this: "This should be looked at as a step away from child molestation." I really don't think she meant it in the way you think she did but that her child being hit is "a step away" from sexual abuse. We will just have to agree to disagree, but I don't think comparing a slap to sexual abuse is justified. And if this did indeed happen, who's to say the little bugger didn't provoke them? That wouldn't make what Yayo supposedly did right by any means, but it wouldn't make Yayo the devil and the kid an angel either.

Comment: The Washington post says the police say he slapped the 14 year old. I don't agree with him punching someone that age, but to me slapping a 14 year old is fine depending on the situation. FREE YAYO! Police: G-Unit Rapper Struck Boy, 14 The Associated Press Monday, March 26, 2007; 10:09 AM NEW YORK -- A rapper with top-selling hip-hop group G-Unit pleaded not guilty to harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after police accused him of slapping and hitting the 14-year-old boy. Tony Yayo, 28, whose real name is Marvin Bernard, was released Sunday on $5,000 bail after entering his plea during his arraignment in Manhattan. Authorities say he pushed and slapped the boy, hurting his ear and face. "We adamantly deny the allegations set forth by the people today," said Bernard's defense attorney, Scott Leemon. Besides Bernard, G-Unit includes rappers 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck.

Name: AgentJ
Comment: Hell yeah he posted bail! Can't you just see him in jail: "Whachoo in fo'?" "I slapped the hell outta some 14 year old kid!" "Slapped a 14 year old kid? That's as bad as eatin salsa from NEW YORK CITY!! Get a rope."

Name: Peekiebear
Comment: Since this idiot was clearly stupid AND out of his mind, I'm sure the slap must have been pretty hard. And I am sure that this man is used to doing things like this. Why is anyone quantifying anything this "man" does? He needs to go straight back to jail.

Name: SeriousBrother69
Comment: Some of y'all on here need drugs to control your repressed anger. I, too, ride the Metro here in NY daily and completely understand the frustration some may feel when the lil "knuckle-heads" act up. However, I ain't trying to catch a case for beating down a child because they bumped into me either. Yeah, some of them will push your button and make you want to bury your fist down their throats, but we can't do that. The war is not against our kids. The unruly, demon-filled children we see on the streets and in the subways are just symptoms to a bigger problem; It's the parents who refuse to be parents that are the problem in my opinion. Throw their azzes in jail is what I say. I believe in severe measures for severe problems; we gotta tip the scale back towards the opposite direct. As for Tony Yayo, hmmmm... Make an example out of him!
