Comment: In my city, a brother headed an organization and was just rude to people who came before one of his committees. If you had a question for another panel member during a public meeting, you had to direct it to him, then he would say if it was ok to answer it. He was recently replaced by a female. He will stay on the committee, but will never head it again. You reap what you sow, baby.

And YES I, too, believe that what's happening to him now is justified Karma. I, personally, don't wish bad on anyone and that goes for Suge, but he is the one who chose to side with the devil. Comment: It sounds like to me the condo he was evicted from was probably bought using Death Row's name. I think everything in Death Row's name is now officially not Suge's. But all that music is property of Suge's publishing, and I think the feds have to keep their hands off that. Suge is still chilling. And will be for a very long time.

Comment: It's less about what he stashed away and more about the 'public humiliation' for the reason folk are calling it karma, I believe. Suge screwed over a lot of folks and still has folks walking around afraid of him (why I don't know), he was not the best person so to lose anything publicly is seen as his comeuppance.

I don't believe your a$$ertion that you don't know why people are afraid of him. There are too many documented cases of Suge making his underlings drink his urine or having his bodyguards beat up Death Row employees over nothing, and more of the like.
Suge is no angel. But he is a smart, smart dude, and fear is better than respect in more cases than not.

Comment: Angel, I have definitely been evicted in the hood and the landlord sent several Marhsals to my apartment with like 5 nigs and the Marshals stood around laughing while the worker nigs picked up all my isht and put it right on the curb. Luckily I had a moving truck there so the dudes did most of the heavy lifting for me.
From what I can tell the same thing happened with Suge.

If Death Row records owns the masters, the masters are part of the bankruptcy, correct? If the masters are held as the personal property of Suge and the bankruptcy is in fact for Death Row Records and not the PERSONAL bankruptcy of Suge, then yes, the man is much wiser than he's getting credit for. Any comments/clarifications/corrections are welcome (as long as ya don't shout me down too bad if I'm wrong).

mseffy, the masters are owned by Suge's publishing, which is not a part of Death Row Records. Those are two separate companies.
For instance, when the Lox was signed to Bad Boy Puffy made each member sign their music over to Justin Combs Publishing, which is Puff's music publishing company, separate from the company known as Bad Boy Records. So that way no matter what he could always be assured of getting a check, or a percentage of what the artist was paid from whatever album, single, or even a verse that any or all members of the Lox released regardless if they're signed to Bad Boy or not.
The Lox recently got their publishing back after about 8-9 years of Puffy eating off their hard work.
So with Suge owning the publishing rights to Ice Ice Baby and most likely ALL of The Chronic and Doggystyle and All Eyes on Me CDs, that is separate from Death Row. That means he's personally guaranteed to get dough regardless of his company's financial status.
I repeat, Death Row is bankrupt, not Suge Knight. You won't find anything anywhere saying that Suge Knight filed for personal bankruptcy. He filed for bankruptcy on behalf of his company so he could avoid that $107 million payout to Harry O and his wife. Bankrutcy law is a mutha and can many times be manipulated perfectly, just like in this case.
