Comment: Tom Joyner what be a good addition to MSNBC. I wouldn't watch him everyday but he is one of the best choices out there.

Comment: Huh? There is a bit of a discrepancy in this report. I know, I know why am I surprised. N E Way, Tom 1st announced MSNBC contacting him on TJMS. Tom stated he & the crew would need to "clean up" the show a bit if he were to pursue this opportunity. The Rev. called into the TJMS later that morning and during the conversation, Tom mentioned it The Rev., Rev. gave his support.

Comment: Interesting indeed, bigchassie. But, I've been disappointed in Joyner lately. Sybil and Tavis were supposed to bring some level of seriousness and messages of empowerment for Black folks, but now Sybil has turned into Jay and Tom, and Tavis can't get a word in edge wise. I don't know why they even continue to bring Tavis on. I like Tom and Jay's comedy, but there is a point where it just is never-ending, especially during some of the more important moments.

Comment: Nah, Tom needs continue on the path he's on. Besides he's still under contract w/ ABC. MSNBC isn't ready for TJMS, to many changes would take place and it would be a death knell if he were to accecpt.
