Comment: I respect Wesley because he's his own man. Supposedly, he has used a particular firm, American Rights Litigators, to provide him tax services over the years. Supposedly, this firm has a bad rep in the tax community. So I guess what Wesley is saying is that these folk have been preparing taxes for all of these other people but you wanna filed charges against me, one of the few are Black? He might have a point, I don't know, I use turbo tax. But that's why it's been important not to be so quick to play the so-called race card for EVERYTHING. Racism is as real as real gets but we've got to know which battles to fight - be smart about it. Now the race card is almost a joke as will easily be the case with Wesley. As for the guy being Black, he's always been that. Just because he has a Korean "wife" that makes him not love him Self? Gethefuckoutta here!

Comment: As a Special Agent for the IRS, trust me, race is NEVER a factor. We don't just go after people at random. Something has to arrive at our office via, mail, phone call, or in person to even get a lead on a case. As for the return tax preparer, it's possible that evidence on him will be used in a separate case. RTP cases are usually complex because they involve many taxpayers and they are interviewed and/or used as potential witnesses. Still doesn't explain the failure to file, which is another matter altogether.

They are going after him for failing to pay and if you remember a few years back, someone explained the ability to opt out to him and he fell for it (he's another one that thinks paying taxes is voluntary). I'm not sure what his tax company was doing for him other than taking his money cause they surely did not pay any of his taxes.
