Comment: If Shonda doesn't Isaiah back, I ain't made at her. His little stunt backstage at that awards show (stickin' his big head in front of her and saying that he didn't call the guy a f**) added a little more credibility to all of the negativity I've heard and read about him.

Comment: Yeah, there is a mixup with the picture, that's Shonda, not Isaiah! His character was completed because they wanted it to be, not because he was ready to leave. If they were writing the story so that his character would end on the show, why didn't they tell him then, instead of letting him complete the season then tell him he's done? It may have been in the cards already, but they apparently left Isaiah out of the loop. What a damn shame!

Comment: they hosed that boy. you know as many slurs get slung about black folks, when's te last time you heard somebody gettin' run off a show or a gig for it? He a fool for runnin' his mouth, but it be what it be. Shonda knows the game, she ain't bringing him back to nothing she ever work on until she get co-sign from all the gay folks and all the hand-wringing white liberals out there. she trying to build something up for herself as it is. She ain't Mel Gibson or even Rosie O'Donnell--she can't say whatever and do whatever and still have 'em cuttin' checks for her. She gots to play the game. Play on playa!

Comment: You're right Huey about her not being easy on the eyes but nevertheless I'm still proud of her accomplishments on television. I know that Isiah will bounce back because he is a talented cat and hollywood can't hold that against him.

Comment: Wait a minute! Everyone keeps talking about him using the F-word. That is not what got him kicked off Grey's. It was his violent temper and him putting his hands on another person. It wasn't the first time Isaiah had lost him temper on sets but putting his hands on someone that's different. Isaiah is lucky Patrick Demsey didn't press charges against him. If anyone in any environment had put their hands on you or me they would have been fired and arrested. Shonda did her best for Grey's, not for Isaiah, because it's about the show not him. If he had acted like an adult maybe he would have been treated like one. Instead he was gently handled instead of being thrown in the slammer and having to deal with legal issues and the police. Shonda wrote a beautiful scene in the operating room that made millions of women go "marry me" when he gave his speech. She allowed him to stay and show his range so he could at least go out on a high note. If Isaiah wants to be mad then he needs to look in the mirror and he'll discover who he needs to be mad at and it's not anyone at Grey's. Now what if someone put their hands around your neck at work and then your bosses asked you not to press charges and allowed that person to still work there. Would you still be defending him or be in a lawyers office saying time to sue?

Comment: Amen, Justeace. IW showed his %*$ and this is what he got!!! He had the opportunity to defuse the situation during the Golden Globes and instead he chose to be arrogant and add more fuel to the fire.
