Comment: good move. finally the naacp is doing what it should. there are many cases of overly-aggressive prosecution of our young people. what was once considered a school yard fight is now a felony. these prosecutors and their power trip must be shut down.

Comment: This is and egregious case of blatant RACISM and prosecutors trying to politically capitalize off the backs of these young black men. What better way to run for political office than by locking up some "niggahs" and protecting white people? These bastards hang nooses from a tree on the school grounds cuz they don't want black students sitting under it and when the black students speak up about it and defend their rights on their school campus, all of a sudden their are insane dangerious criminals!!! We betta wake the hell up. Our youth, our people are being criminalized from coast to coast. It ain't up to Jesse and Al to be everywhere all the time...there are about 30 mil more of us in this piece who should be supporting these young people thru the NAACP's efforts. Sign the petition yet?
I thing it's a shame there are only 3 posts on this article whild Usher and his Drama gets hundreds of comments! Oh my people....when will we learn.
