Comment: If this were truly an accident, which it seems it is, and no drink or drugs were found in her system... why are they taking so long deciding what to do? She took a life and I am sure that is something she thinks about pretty much every day. She is not a Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie or even Lane Garrison who killed a passenger in his car recently (drugs and alcohol were in their system). If they feel the need to make her do time, let her do community service or something of that nature. I don't think she needs to be put behind bars for this. We all drive too fast at one time or another. Unfortunately, very unfortunately, this time, it was in very bad judgement. I do feel for the family that lost their mom, sister, daughter. As I am sure Brandy does as well.

Comment: I agree. Leave my Bran Bran alone. This was an "accident." It wasn't criminal.

Comment: >tightend- that's FOUL! (but funny.. teehee...) In all seriousness though, I agree with Bad_Kitty too. Let her do community service, maybe donate to a related charity or something and leave the girl alone.

Comment: Bad_Kitty - It was an accident, but if it was caused by her speeding, she will be held responsible for that. People these days are very nonchalant about speeding these days, but it has been proven that it kills people because you don't has as much time to react the faster you are going. I think this should be a lesson to everyone. Slow the F*ck down! Now if the tests shows she wasn't speeding, then they need to move on to someone else.
