Comment: I'll be watching too. But I thought when Salt left she was trying to do a solo gig. She talked about starting her own record label and i think she found jesus christ and so forth. I guess the solo didn't work out. I expect this show to have high debut ratings.

Comment: There are a handful of women I would marry without so much as a conversation between us. If they called me and said, "D.C., we don't know each other really, but I want you to be my husband", I'd say "I'll call you the moment I get there." Angela B%*$et is one such woman. Salt is another. I just love this sister's spirit. I ran into her face-to-face once. It was '92-'93, and Salt-n-Pepa were in Prince's club here in Minneapolis. I don't even think they performed that night, but were in town for some reason. I was walking down some stairs, and all three (Salt, Pepa, and Spinderilla) where standing in a corner at a turn in a stairwell. I said something that I thought was complimentary. Spin and Pepa gave me a "n*gga don't talk to us" look, but Salt flashed a nice, sincere smile. "Thank you," she said. I smiled at her in return, and continued walking down the stairs. My impression before that encounter was that she was a genuinely sweet soul, and that brief exchange only confirmed it. Salt, much success in your marriage, but if, God forbid, you ever divorce, give me a call sweetie. I’ll call you the moment I get to where ever you are.

Comment: Well, there is TLC. And they had a lot more drama. So doesn't that make them more successful? Salt-N-Pepa were pioneers AND successful AND had reasonable longevity. That's what makes them GREAT.

Comment: How many other females in the game were as consistant as Salt and Pepper without being totally trashy? NONE. How many females in the game were able to achieve the level of success they did for as long as they did? I really can't think of any. That's what makes them so great. Oh and HHassius Having more Drama doens't mean your more successful it just means that you always have a bunch of sh** going. I look forward to seeing this show.

Comment: DCGG what the fu;;; happened I thought you was my dog now you you just chasing an digging up old bones well over the years I've had plenty of problems with NEW YORK RAPPERS well back in the day 80's thru 90's especially when it came to my demo's back then and I never thought that SALT N PEPA would be 1 of them

Comment: cause I met them when they did their first vidioe in Detroit and at the time they was all nice but spin wans't their DJ then in 1990 after their concert we all was at Club Taboo's a real snobbish crowd hung there and they was taken pictures with KID N PLAY at the time so I waited in line to take a picture with them and Pepa or Sandy the blonde Bi;cthwanted to go dance so I said just take 1 more pic and I really wanted the pic with spin since she was the only 1 looking right at the party cause salt n pepa had them tore up jeans with the knee and as out & hair was messed up but pep got snotty and was pushing salt & spin around so after that I went off and have no more love for them except spin
