Comment: Orenthal-- how did we end up here again? It is an absolute shame how much this guy's star has fallen and what a joke he has become. You know what, maybe guilt has been eating away at him and he just felt like he needs to do some time. Where are his friends, his people who should have talked him out of that stupid book and this also. And there's no Johnny Cochrane or Johnny Cochrane money this time around. Though he still faces another trial, my hats off to Jayson Williams who knows how to keep a low profile.

Comment: Ever since he "walked" in his infamous murder case, this fool has been traveling around the country shooting of his mouth about his "great escape". Rather than keeping a low profile and disappearing into the woodwork, he goes and writes a book about how he would have killed his wife, "if" he indeed did it! LOL!!! Now yaw know good and well that the white amerikkkan psyche is tormented by the possibility that this 'black' man killed this blonde headed white wife. Simpson knows the history of white amerikkka but still wanted to rub uncle sam's nose in his bullshyt. I'm predjudiced on this topic. As a college student, I remember when the Black Southwest Athletic Conference which included Black college football teams, asked him to speak at their sports banquet. His reply was a sarcastic, "why do they want me to speak at their banquet, I didn't go to no "N Word" school. I'll NEVER forget that statement. Hope his stupid azz gets locked up!! He kicked Black folks to the curb years ago. He'd rather run with Kato than hang out with the brothers!!

Comment: I do not support OJ in any way. He should be under the jail for murdering his wife and her friend. BUT... these people have been ripping off OJ (or Goldman's estate, depending on how you look at it) for years. They stole his stuff, started selling it and he had enough and tried to get it back. It's a shame that he's being held without bail in a case like this (but then again the *armed* robbery part on his end was quite stupid). You'd think with all the OJ stuff that's been sold under the table (including his Heismann!) Ron Goldman would back OJ on this one; that's his money gone, too! Btw, there is more than one accuser than the Beardsley guy. The others still want to press charges which is why it's still going forward.

Comment: Being one of the most infamous and viled men in Amerikka, there has to be more than meets the eye on this one. Juice is too old to be running around in casinos jumping over suitcases and dodging security and visitors like in the old Avis days...dog doesn't have it like that anymore. I can see people on the jury now thinking like a lot of the commenters...unable to allow just the facts of THIS case to stand without bringing up unrelated ish from the past. He still desires the applause and cheering he was use to getting when he was playing and even after retirement when all the white people were still glad to see him. Well that's over. He really believed he could get away with murder and no one would believe he did it. He actually isn't very smart. Let me say it wasn't the prosecution that made me believe he killed those people. As far as the items he is claiming, following the civil trial the court ordered his items sold to pay the Goldman's their award. I actually have NO SYMPATHY for O.J., I remember the 60's & 70's too well, when brothers like Muhammad Ali and Bill Russell etc put it on the line for Black people, O.J. was chilling hard with the same people who are looking to lock his dumb behind up for life. Imagine getting away with murder and going to jail for burglary!! Johnny Cochrane would turn over in his grave.

Comment: I lost respect for OJ a long time ago. I still remember vacationing in Florida with my sister a few years back and at the time, she was a die-hard OJ fan. We saw this fool and naturally, she went up to him, introducing herself anmd told him how much of a fan she was and wanted an autograph. Do you know this fool wanted her to pay him $200 for an autograph??? I had to pull her away because she started calling OJ everything but a child of God. I never have been crazy about OJ but that memory sticks out with me anytime I hear anything about him. But as far as this whole arrest thing goes, it's like this. You know with this book coming out and not to mention,white folks still bitter about the fact he got away with murder, OJ had to have known that now or anytime was not the time to wild out. Oh well...and not even Johnnie (RIP) can save him this time.

He told the guy to give him his stuff back and the guy was like "OK, man. Mike took it". So the tape shows OJ was getting his own stuff back. So I don't understand the big deal.
