Comment: In reading comments about the latest incident involving Mike one must not forget that his actions since the plea can be taken into account on Dec. 10th.when he's sentenced, what I'm more concerned about is his future,if I had my wish it would be that he never got into this position in the first place,whether you like it or not he's going to jail for breaking the law,I am a dog owner myself and while I wouldn't want mine to meet the fate that some of his did,I don't want his life destroyed for this either!what I do hope is that he'll have a chance to have a life where he can find peace,even if sports isn't part of his life again,he can still have a good one,this time is just one of the chapters in his,there is hopefully so much more left to celebrate.

Comment: When Billy Martin represented the parents of Chandra Levy it was for a possible lawsuit against the congressman she had been involved with,they did find body parts but he was never arrested in connection with her death, and was defeated in his re-election bid.Bill Campbell was cleared of all his corruption charges,his problem was money that he couldn't explain and he was convicted on tax evasion which the government knew was their ace.Jayson Williams was convicted on lesser charges,New Jersey wants to try him again and the judge is giving the prosecution greater lattitude this time, since he is not in jail and they are not giving up,and as for Monica Lewinsky she's not and has not been is jail,even Johnnie Cochran felt that one of his greatest losses was Geronimo Pratt who did 22yrs which seemed mainly because he was a Panther,when Mike's friends rolled on him that made it a far more difficult case to win,we also don't know what the Feds had and never will since there won't be a trial
