Comment: Am I the only one that does not find him or his brothers funny? It's like they try too hard...haven't cared for them since "I'm gonna git you Sucka".

Name: TGen
Comment: Yeah Bigned69, I think you might be one of the few, lol. Personally, I never watched Damon's first sitcom, but I remember "Git you Sucka" and I thought it was hilarious. And Kenan's "In Living Color" was groundbreaking in its edginess and brought a lot of comedic genuises to the fore (Jim Carrey, Jamie Fox, Tommy Davidson and the list goes on)...so I think at least those two are quite talented. Now the OTHER brothers, well that's another story, lol

Comment: All these black folks getting this t.v. deals. I need to get my series idea out there. Any suggestions?

Comment: Don't y'all remmeber how Damon was complaining bout how he found out about the cancellation of his show through the news, and he was NEVER going back to network tv again.... That's they same isht he talked when he was doing "Livin Color". Don't blame him though, money talks. My wife & kids was as funny as the rest of that Yt isht, and I like seeing black folk on tv. Now Ceddy Ced, think he is totally unfunny!

Comment: Well!

Comment: TGEN>yeah, i loved that movie "I'm Gonna Git you Sucka" it was wild!

Comment: >bigned69: No! You are not the only one!! I really don't find him or his brothers funny. I tried to watch their shows years back when they first came out but they're not funny to me! It's just that stupid slap-stick stuff and it's not funny. Plus, they keep doing the same stupid jokes/slap-stick! Perhaps if they do something DIFFERENT and make it FUNNY then I'd support them and watch. Believe me, we are not the only ones out there that don't find them funny! I didn't even like "My Wife and Kids" because that type of comedy-bafoonery, stupid jokes, slap-stick is embarrassing and NOT FUNNY!! Sorry yall but I can't do it!! LOL!!

Comment: Keenan is extremely talented and funny, in my opinion - I love his work as a director and producer, and, when he is acting on film in a good movie. I have never thought Damon was funny at all - he's good, when he is working with Keenan, but, that's it for me. I have always felt that Keenan was the glue that held the family comedy of the Wayans together.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: bigned6> I don't think the Wayans are funny...period! I think Kenan is talented and Damon used to be funny, now it's just sad. I wish they would use their talents to put other comedians on, because I don't find their writing nor lack of acting funny. I'm Gon get You Sucka was creative and funny, but that's it.

Name: Southernbelle
Comment: bigned6> No you're not the only one. As a matter of fact, I find their comedy more annoying than funny. But, I do admire their strong family bond and their knack for business.

Name: TGen
Comment: So I was wrong. *Shrug* But I honestly don't know anyone who didn't find "In Living Color" funny, from The Toms to Ms Benita to Men on Film to homeless Anton to Homey the Clown to Wanda and the list goes on. When I think of Keenan and Damon that's mainly what I think of Oh well, to each his/her own lol...

Name: MonieinDC
Comment: You are all entitled to your opinions, but I think the Wayans (Keenan, Daman, etc.) are a talented and funny family. I watch "White Girls" everytime it's on. I didn't care for "Little Man" all that much, but almost everybody can agree that "In Living Color" was one of the funniest sketch comedies ever.

Comment: Get Ready to be Bamboozled again. Stereotypes and coonery for everyone. Spike Lee is somewhere saying Oh No!!!Not again.

Comment: I loved I'm gonna get you sucka..matter of fact I watched it on DVD this weekend..also loved In Loving Color when Kennan was the producer.."men of films" was hilarious and loved Dirty Lowdown Shame but the sister Kim overacts and I just didn't like My wife and kids because Tisha was trying so hard not to be Gina but I love the "family thing" and enjoyed when the whole family was on Oprah..

Name: my3pluscents
Comment: I think My Wife and Kids was funny..Damon did a good job on that one..Tisha Campbell is another story..she was funny on Martin and that was due to Martin Lawrence. I think both Damon Kim and Keenan are extremely funny. I like that they keep going and coming up with things to do and not let anyone stop them from persuing their goals and ambitions. I rather look at one of their sitcoms, than listen to the crap the rappers put out. But that is my opinion.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: beboyz> Yes!! Too much Boofoonery it drives me crazy. I just can't take it. Winn30344> Lowdown dirty Shame did that have Jada in the movie?? If so, I liked that movie. Those brothers Marlon and Shawn is nausiating. And Kim does over-act.

Name: Train
Comment: Now I do love "Don't Be A Menance", that's a classic. I saw Shawn in a movie in 2000 "Requirm of a Dream", a drama that was pretty good where he played a junkie but I know that Shawn needs his brothers to do his work. My Wife and Kid's was good until the last few seasons where they made the son too stupid for his own good and his character was going to be a daddy and I was like WTF!!!

Name: katgrrrl
Comment: Loved "In Living Color." I still get a kick outta IGGYS. There were some memorable scenes in it (among my favs: the platforms with the live fish in 'em w/ "He's a Fly Guy" by Curtis Mayfield and my beloved Fishbone playin' in the back; Dawnn Lewis's character havin' her monthly; Ja'net DuBois and her obvious stunt double in the fight scene; the militant with the Brady Bunch wife; Chris Rock in the rib joint; Anne-Marie Johnson talkin' 'bout "don't make me hop after you"!) LMAO just thinkin' about it! Dang, now I wanna see it again.

Name: bunnytexx
Comment: If the show lasts I hope it stays on ABC. It is interesting how our shows start out on the major networks, then when the ratings drop, end up on the CW. There are a lot of sorry 'white' sitcoms that have stayed on the major networks for years.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: Damon wanted to Trademark the word N*gger. He went to the Comedy Shop and broke a record using the word that got Kramer (Michael Richards) in trouble. Dumbazz...

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: bunnytexx > The only way our shows end up on CW, would be that CW bought syndication rights. Other than syndication, I'm not sure what you mean.

Name: chryshelisonline
Comment: Damon's standup was funny before he blew up. Keenan was most effective behind the scenes, although IGGYS is still classic comic relief. Kim was the most diverse to me. She started out overacting, but got better over time. Shawn was just cute...to me, he will always be "SW1 the D.J.". Marlon was the most "naturally" funny to me. The movie he and Damon did with Stacey Dash was alright. ILC was groundbreaking. I didn't like Shawn/Marlon's TV show, Menace was ignorant (a guilty pleasure), and the 1st Scary Movie was cool.

Name: TigerLilysGirl
Comment: My Wife and Kids was the show to watch!! Loved It. It was a "cooler Cosby" to me. I hope this show is as funny or funnier than MW&K's.
