Just what we need in our neighborhoods, ANOTHER store selling alcohol. Why not open up a gun store right next to it once you get out of jail? Why not use that 1.3 million to build a recreation center in the neighborhood? Something that would have had a positive impact versus something that has contributed to the ills of our communities.

Comment: NappyHeaded the wine store was actually an upscale wine tasting store and restaurant located in a black skewing upscale area in Atlanta. I never really saw a slew of people there at any given time though - it seemed like it dealt with a very exclusive clientele.
Remember business names can be entirely different from what sort of business something could be
