Plus, you should have known JP was gay from the first time you laid eyes on him. My girlfriend at the time dragged me kicking and screeming to attend your book signing for "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" in Oakland a dozen years ago. My girl had him pegged back then with his arched eyebrows and very effiminate ways. Put it to rest and move on...sheesh!

Comment: It is very easy to say "get over it" when you aren't in "it". On the outside looking in with no emotion involved is like being a Monday morning armchair quarterback of relationships. "Girl! You need to get over that man and move on!" is very easy to say when your feelings and emotions aren't tying you up in knots. I agree that she needs to really work on getting herself back in order but that will take time. He has screwed her over three times. First with the gay/infidelity thing and then with the book and now with the effort to take money from her he didn't earn. She has more to get over than people are willing to consider. I am a bit confused, though about the money. I thought she had a pretty iron-clad prenup AND with him committing adultery w/dudes, I would think he wouldn't really have a leg to stand on in court. I have heard that prenups often have a clause about adultery. I DO think she needs to keep her business to herself and take the high road on this. She needs to stop the interviews. All she's doing by running off at the mouth is alienating her fans. Her last book was pretty good, by the way. Hopefully working on the next one will help her get her head together. I do feel for her. She is a very angry woman and has always seemed to be that way, no matter what success she has had. I hope she gets some therapy.

She must have felt so embarrassed after writing a book about her love, then the movie, to have all that information go public against her will. Certainly reading her one could know that everything wasn't right with the relationships in her books and certainly could figure out it both the men and women had problems. Any woman who actually took Terry as a relationship Guru by reading her books had problems anyway and reading Terry's books didn't start them. As far as Terry, it would better if she wouldn't discuss this so openly but maybe this IS how she heals. Yes she should have known, but was more than likely at a time in her life that she was vulnerable and had the money to buy a good boy toy.
