Comment: in part, what i am getting from this is that instead of me being able to pick the channels I want to have on cable or sat a la carte, which I have been hoping they would do because I have like so many channels I do not even watch but still pay for, I MUST have the chunk of channels like I do now because it would not be fair to minorities? What about being fair to me? If I do not want BET or E! or Oxygen because I do not watch them why should I have to pay? Sometimes by trying to equal the playing field out it is being unfair to others. Isn't having the chance to be on the playing field the chance that was wanted? Or will it only be fair if you win? That is the way it seems alot of the time not just the chance to do things but more than what others (white people usually) are getting and that is not fair.

Comment: ckson is to be applauded for this great cause! Whn was the last time you had a Black person taking on the FCC on such a big and broad issue besides challenging an individual license holder? Bravo!!!!

Comment: The FCC always forget that the Air Wave's belong the public, not just a way for Big Business to maximize profit. Ala Carte has Pro's and Con's. I want to see all the detail's. If this was guy was appointed by your Leader, G.W.B, you know it can't be good.
