These sites pay homage to you and your music. Please don't continue to isolate your fan base. I'm glad you weren't trippin like this in the 80's you might have sued me for hanging up Word Up/ Black Beat photos of you around my room.

Comment: As people get older they sometimes get more paranoid. And more weird. Most extreme example is Howard Hughes. Looks like this is now happening to Prince. My advice is to just chill, brother. You're a millionaire at least 50 times over. Let the industry figure this one out and everything will be everything.

Comment: Dude should be happy someone still cares enough about his career to even manage a fansite. I call myself a major Prince fan, but I had no idea these sites even existed. I was a member of the NPG Music Club before he shut it down. That was a great fan site. These sites are NECESSARY for fans to garner and share information on their favorite artists. Attempting to shut them down would be counter-productive, or even worse, career suicide.

Comment: When I saw that video on a cable TV channel a week or so ago of a baby dancing and bobbing in a kitchen with Prince's music in the background I thought to myself then that Price and his entourage were going way to far in trying to protect the copy rights to his music and image. No one is copying selling his music or downloading illegally--this is getting paranoid, greedy and stupid--HURRAY TO THE FANS DOING THIS. NEVER THOUGHT PRINCE COULD BE THIS PERSON OF EXTREME NARCISSUS.
