Comment: Whether the Brat has a doesn't have any money is not the reason Willie Gary took the case. They took the case because of the club, Studio 72. The club will have liability insurance, whether or not the Brat has any coin. It appears from the story that the Brat may have been antagonizing others earlier that night and the club did nothing to usher her somewhere else. And in doing so, they might have breached their duty to their other patrons, including the victim Shayla Stevens. THAT's the real case.
