Comment: Uh-uh. If this is true, Eddie is truly wrong for that. I don't care if he has love for this woman or not. That is not the fault of the child. She is and forever will be a part of him. But he wanna marry somebody else and take her kids in? What the...? I wonder what Tracey thinks of that. Just a mess. At least the courts will make him support her financially.

Comment: This sure says a lot about Tracey Edmonds, there is no way I could be with a man that doesn't even attempt to acknowledge his own child. I would always be thinking that if I became pregnant and we broke up that could be me he is on television saying that my baby isn't his! Shoot does he even she that kids he has with his first wife?

Comment: I ain't mad at him! If he can't and isn't willing to be an integral part of the little girl's life he shouldn't - just send the check. Scary spice should have been more hurt than angry though - just shows she still wants eddie(love=anger). Eddie wants her new beau to be the every day daddy and he just might get his way.

Comment: If this is true, shame on Eddie. This innocent child shouldn't be shunned by her father because of the jacked-up decisions of both her parents. I don't know how Tracey explains it in her mind, but I wouldn't be involved with a man who ignores his child. No one forced him to have sex with Mel B, so he should embrace this little girl and be there for her. If he doesn't, God will deal with him. In the meantime, Mel needs to let it go. You can't make anyone be a parent. Mel has the other 50% of responsibility. She laid down with a man she wasn't married to, so she took a risk. Mel, use your energy for more positive and productive uses, like raising a healthy and happy daughter and sustaining your marriage and family life.

Comment: I hope Eddie has a good reason for not wanting to be a part of his little girl's life. Based on what I've heard about his relationships with his other children, I'm thinking there has to be more to this story that what has been aired in the media. Unfortunately, the child may suffer for this lack of attention from her biological dad. Only time will tell.

Comment: Stephanie, my thoughts EXACTLY. And while I agree with other commenters that this says something about Murphy's current fiance, it has to say something about Mel's current husband, no? I mean, it's almost like he's not there or something, or she doesn't think he would be an adequate enough father figure or something. I don't know, it just seems weird that a newly married lady is breaking her neck to make a guy who she only briefly dated be a parent to her child who (in essence) has a 2-parent home. So Eddie's triflin, and? Something's not right about this lady, hell something's not right about this whole situation. Hmmm...

Comment: I don't get Eddie's behavior. He always projected himself as a family man who loved his children. For him to first deny he was Angel's father before the paternity test was done is one thing, but to ignore this child after she was proven his is completely mystifying. Why punish this child? It just seems crazy.

Comment: I think Eddie knows Mel B is manipulating this whole situation in order to get to him! At first it was the child support and now that Eddie is paying it, she wants visitation rights. Who the hell does Spice think she is? This ish happens everyday in America and women simply can NOT make a man be in a child's life! It's not RIGHT, but ish happens. Let it go Spice and be the best parent you can possibly be to make sure Angel grows up knowing she's loved!

Comment: Leave him alone Mel. You will get your check for support. You cannot make a Man see his child if he wishes not to. He is most likely waiting until Angel gets of legal age to come and see him and make her own decisions. By trying to force him, will make him despise the child and Mel even more. So Back off, besides, I know your Husband must be feeling like a real ham. Concentrate on raising both of your daughters and take care of your husband, and let Eddie alone. Karma is one thing that is guaranteed no matter how you look at it.
