Comment: Oh and it would be foolish for Black Artists to ignore the ever growing Latino market...M.J. saw that a long time ago during the "Bad" Sessions.

Comment: Beyonce has only one way of singing, even if she makes a country album she'll still sound like a pop artist. Even though I think you are overexposed I say go get that money girl.

Comment: Don't believe everything you read. This is definitely just BS from negativity/jokes that came from her singing country on AMA's. NEXT!

Comment: I thought I read that Bey's next album would be pop/dance ala, Rhianna. One of the keys to a successful career is constantly reinventing yourself. So go head Bey. Country music is HUGE in the U.S. If this is true, hope it works.

Comment: I don't think Beyonce is a pop artist. She sounds like she step right out of a church. She is definitely R&B.

Comment: I think b is very talented and in our time when it was diana ross back in the day she will be her in 20 to 30 years and still look amazing! Singing is what she's blessed with and what ever she does WILL SELL. Its sad how people thrive and live for bad things to happen to good people like when she fell how people love that? Sad

Comment: I think Bey should stick to what she does best - shaking her a$#. She did not aound like a country artist singing that song. She should leave this arena to Miko Marks and Rissi Palmer. These 2 sisters are doing country music the RIGHT way!!!!

Comment: Southernbelle if you're talking about Minnie Pearl grandmother of the Grand Ole Opry that dusty woman actually stood up and tried to walk on those long dead legs. You know old girl had no love for darkies whatsoever!

Comment: PBF I saw the concert in Atlanta and thought the Atlanta crowd was much more lively than the LA crowd. My favorite performances were Crazy in Love, Freakum Dress and Dangerously in Love. The female band was awesome. Great idea Bey!

Comment: I really love Beyonce, but she is greatly risking becoming the next Jennifer Lopez: OVERexposed! The American Music Awards was a tell-tell sign. This was the first time fans voted, and she lost out to both Rihanna and Fergie in their respective categories. Not a good sign. She needs to take a break, so that when she releases her next album, there will be high anticipation, not "damn, another one?"

Comment: This doesn't seem like a natural evolution. It's seems contrived ...and I think it would hurt her career because it will appear she doesn't know who she is, what she wants to be, and is simply grasping at identities.
She would stand out in country like a martian. She is too over the top and dramatic, where as country is simple, wholesome, and down to earth. Its such a contrast and that was obvious at the AMA's when she tried to powersing. Now, Wynona Judd (the Judd sister) can powersing. She has a STRONG voice which I love, but she's not doing vocal acrobatics like Beyonce. Because that %*$! is too fake and forced for country.

Comment: oh please ice that notion. Country music? Beyonce tight dresses and pants done put the squeeze on her brain. I think her head is getting too big and that she is delving into too much too soon. Beyonce is a wanna be icon.

Comment: Saw the DVD and I was impressed. She is a good Entertainer and easy on the eye's. A 2007 version Diana Ross with more meat and can dance and write.
