Comment: I so hope this turns out to be true. Not to downplay the death of another human being, but if Brandy was not at fault, then the truth should be made public. Especially since this woman's family was trying to take Brandy to the cleaners. Now watch all of those who jumped on the "Blame Brandy" bandwagon start back-peddling on all the mean crap originally posted when the story broke. I seem to recall someone making references to a lobster.

Comment: the media should put this fact all over the news headlines just as they did the story in the beginning as if to ruin brandy's reputation!! i don't believe anything anyway when the story first breaks because too many times it turns out not to be the full story or plain ole lies, but the damage is already done.

Comment: I agree Tiedie: I was one the the ones that kee-kee'd too, though I don't know anything about a lobster. I hope it works for 'ol girl, I think she'll have it on your mind, surviros guilt. Comment: brandy's a celebrity i knew they were going to try and take the blame off of her......that woman is dead and can't speak for herself so they can say anything....it might be true and it might not be true, who knows!....everyone is just so ready to give the celebrity a break so they are so quick to believe that brandy was falsely accused.

Comment: Tiedie- LOL!!! I don't recall anything about lobsters either, but I do know that folks were accusing Brandy of talking on the cell phone when the articles clearly stated that she was not. I hope this latest revelation is true, the part about the deceased woman smoking weed is PRICELESS!!! That should shut down any lawsuits her family tries to file. But even if it turns out that the accident was Brandy's fault, I still say it was an accident and could have happened to anybody. There was no malicious intent on Brandy's part.

Comment: To Tiedie & msstarr82: Kudos for speaking out on exactly what I was about to write. Last year when this story broke, the posts here were pretty harsh on Ms. Brandy. I recall one thread that was bashing her because she was out partying or attending some nightclub function. I was like, so she's supposed to stop living because of an "accident?" And now, it may be revealed that it wasn't even her fault in the first place may be true vindication for her. Lets see what happens from here on out.

Comment: It wasn't "lobster", it was "flounder" and it was in poor taste. With that said, I don't know that you can always single out blame to one individual in accidents like this. The deceased AND Brandy were probably not being responsible drivers, and let's face it - it's just plain hard to drop from 75 to 0 on an interstate in a bottleneck. The only thing I don't like is that Brandy's lawyers are about to break that woman's family with the marijuana allegations. She may have had traces in her system - but I don't agree that her having "traces" of pot in her system made her any more impaired than the next person. But since it was there, those attorneys will shred her case. But I guess that's what Brandy pays them for.

Comment: I never accused Brandy of this accident, however I did state as big as her forehead is she should have used her Spidersense like Spiderman and being forewarned of impeding danger...lol! I am kidding here...lighten up!

Comment: Not only should this NEWS be announced/reported with the same intensity the original story was reported,but Brandy should also get an apology from "America Has Talent" & she should be offered her gig back! But I don't look forward to THAT,"AMERICA" has a BIG problem admitting "IT'S" mistakes, & an even BIGGER problem giving Black People POSITIVE recognition & monetary compensation!!

Comment: Co-sign with Taurusinger. But knowing how blacks are charged on trumped-up charges everyday of the week, I wouldn't be surprised if they charge Brandy tomorrow at the last minute of the last hour. All luv to Brandy!

Comment: I hope this turns out to be what really happened. Also, if she was under the influence, then she would have been slow to respond to the car that was stopped in front of her. Either way, this is still horrible, because someone lost their life.
