Comment: that's right Hilary, get those votes!

Name: Renetta
Comment: Did she CRY on national tv when he cheated? HELL NO. She only cries when she wants something. To quote her 'I just don't want to see the country fall backwards...' that WAS racial - she might as well have said if ya'll let this n*gger take over the country will go to hell. And again where the fck is OPRAH. You got Bob Johnson from BET talking shyt where is SHE to defend her candidate. She's SILENT. Oprah is SILENT. Why??????

Name: 4462DG
Comment: Oprah busy getting her own damn network!!!!! Hell she did a fundraiser for the man, she don't need to dirty her hands slinging the mud and talking bullshyt like Sambo oops I meant Bob Johnson does.

Name: McNasty
Comment: Before you really couldn't get a read on her emotions and now I get it but see how fake it is. Renetta sometimes it's best not to react to the shat billary and bob johnson pulled and wait for another strategic moment and THEN flat blast their as.ses! Or just ignore it all together because it just showed some more of what both represent and Obama is not only the bigger, but the better one for focusing on the issues.

Name: Renetta
Comment: Oprah is conveniently quiet. If you're in support you throw down. All those old white women would have punched the ballot if she told them to. If she's a supporter she needs to act like it - not be a one time campaigner.

Name: hillgirl72
Comment: Oprah should not get in this......This isnt a you talk about my friend I will talk about u! This is too early in the campaign for too much useless mudslinging......it's a way to lose focus and lose the raise

Name: TGen
Comment: Renetta, I admire your zealousness but I think it'd be best to halt the Oprah talk. She supports Obama, but she is not his saviour. He is an adult and he can defend himself if need be. In this case, it seems you think Oprah should behave as ignorantly as Bob Johnson in "support" of their candidates, thankfully that won't happen. P.S. I wouldn't dare call Hillary's emotions "fake" cuz I don't know what's in the lady's heart/head. I will say though, she is an effective politician...and if she continues to outshine Obama et al in debates as she did last night, she will be your next president, like it or not. BO needs to step up his game [on substance, specifics] if he is to bring down the Clinton machine. There's no way around that...

Name: RealGAPeach
Comment: Hillary needs a makeover bad! she looks so hard.. no wonder Bill was getting chewed by Monica. At least she was young, and sexy....

Name: McNasty
Comment: TGen you don't have to - I did. I know what I see without getting up in someone's heart or head. I tend to try to be objective but I rely on what I see not what someone wants to show me.

Name: DOne
Comment: Unless someone is getting beat on, I for one could care less about a candidates marriage or personal life.

Name: TGen
Comment: McNasty, chances are you're right. If I was a betting person, I'd say pretty much everything Mrs. Clinton does is calculated (not that there's anything wrong with that). But I'm just reluctant to say for sure if someone is faking something or not, that's just me though.

Name: McNasty
Comment: I understand TGen and co sign billary being a calculating woman which as you know a really good tactic for dirty and underhanded politics. That's what I see.

Name: FiveMore
Comment: Renetta> Sadly, she does not want to offend her white female base;she can not afford to lose ratings."We" have to deny our blackness just to be accepted here in unbiased America, but Oprah knows what most of us (black people)know that we are judged very differently here in good ole America. O's a billionaire, but she and BOB Johnson STILL have to "bow their heads " for white folks approval.smh

Name: HarrisThomas
Comment: Slick Willy has a long history of extra marital affairs . . . Billary has remained a married to each other because it's a political soul mate fit . . . even so, wonder what will happen when she can no longer repress the pain caused by his philandering?

Name: gingerg
Comment: This is just a tacky ploy for more votes. Shame on Tyra for participating in this mess. Hilary must not be that bothered by Bill's whoring. It has been going on since the beginning.

Name: Renetta
Comment: Where the hell is she with Obama's campaign?????????????????? She could have really helped bring the older white female voter out in - that's her main audience. We have 3 weeks until super Tuesday which will decide the whole dam thing where the fck is she????? She did one tour and that's it - NOTHING. That's what she calls support. What is she another Sunshine soldier - only willing to fight when it's safe? Bullshyt. Get on the campaign trail Oprah. Put you mouth and your body into it - gush over him the way you gush over Gayle. Don't be a short-timer. This is too dam important.

Name: Sun_Chick
Comment: The HillBilly's are at it again. <yawn> . Next.

Name: Stephanie
Comment: It looks like Tyra is well on her way to looking like Jayne Kennedy! So sad...

Name: imtalking
Comment: renetta>>really need to calm the h3II down, you don't know what that woman is doing. Take all that empty energy and you do something yourself.

Name: Stephanie
Comment: What Hillary doesn't realize, most sistas can't stomach Tyra Banks let alone her show where she's known to cut the guest off mid sentence!

Name: Southernbelle
Comment: Can we please talk issues!?!?! I ain't trying to hear about cheating husbands, who brought us to the mountaintop first or who's blacker than who. Funny, I don't hear any of the Republican candidates caught up in this frivolous shyt. While Barack and Hillary are at each other Edwards will quitely sneak his way in.

Name: KILLERMEG
Comment: IMT-LMAO! I agree the purpose of talking about Bill getting his knob slobbed is what again? Was she getting advice from Tyra-I cant keep a man-Banks? SMH...

Name: Closet_Nerd_Girl
Comment: >Southernbelle you ain't said nothin' but a WORD! Fortunately, if that does happen then I could live with it. I posted in an article yesterday that Hillary and Barrack need to let this thing DIE because the media is blowing it up and it will end up hurting them both, OBAMA in particular. People, espeically white people, will not vote for him because they will deem him too "polarizing" or "controversial." I just hope a Republican doesn't end up in the white house behind all this foolishness...

Name: Deb70
Comment: I watched the debate last night and Obama is my man, but Hillary did come out the victor in that one. She acted very authoritative and spoke to Barack and Edwards like they were her minions; her sidekicks. She's already kicking it like she's President. I don't like her and she won't get my vote unless she and Barack end up running together. Stephanie--Why do you say Tyra is on her way to looking like Jayne Kennedy? Because of the extra thickness she's displaying in that blue dress? I've seen some recent pictures of Jayne and I d.amn near cried. That woman used to be phenomenal-looking. Gorgeous. When I was little I wanted to be her. But now...whew. She looks tore. up. I am so mad at her for letting herself go like that. She needs to get on Celebrity Fit Club. Get with Jenny Craig. Something.

Name: queeniebunz
Comment: I am really ambivalent about this election. I like both Clinton and Obama. I think they both care about our country and the world. I think they both are capable of getting this country in order and repairing the damage ole boy Bush has done in his 2 terms. HOWEVER, I am concerned that either one would give the Republicans an automatic trip to 1600 Penn Ave. Why? Because Middle America consists of conservative white chauvinistic racists. I don't think they want a woman OR a black man. I just don't. When it's all said and done, none of the dem candidates are a shoe in because Clinton is a woman, Obama is black, and Edwards is weak. But that's JMHO...

Name: sweetpea
Comment: I agree 100%, Stephanie.

Name: Renetta
Comment: The problem is apathy. Everyone is willing to nod and go to sleep on this one. This is important. I’ve donated to Obama’s campaign and will again. I work in his campaign and also worked to gather petition signatures, phone-banking etc., when he ran for the U.S. Senate and will continue work for other qualfiied candidates, so I definintely put my money and my work behind my words. I’m disappointed in Oprah because she’s pulling a Jesse Jackson – real on fire at first then fizzling out. She’s a millionaire – she can MAKE the time if she really gives a damn, or did her ‘I GOT ISSUES WITH BROTHAS’ kick in on her? I’m saying there are many of us in the Chi working to get this man elected – giving up our evenings and weekends. When I commit, I commit, and just because Oprah’s famous does not means she’s beyond being criticized. She’s not God. And if she made a pledge a commitment she damn well ought to follow through. Unless as I said before she’s a Sunshine Soldier – only willing to fight when the fight is easy – laying down to rest before the battle really begins. If so she’s pathetic – I don’t care how much money she has.

Comment: Stop hating on my girL!!! I wanted to BE Gary Coleman when Jayne Kennedy got down to speak to him at eye-level. She's got endometriosis, causing severe abdominal pain, you haters!!! After getting a complete hysterectomy after the birth of her third child in 1995, she now no longer suffers. BUT SHE'S 56 NOW. Give her a break!!!!

Name: HHCassius
Comment: Now we have a new Jayne Kennedy, Laila Ali...sweet LAWD she FOINE!!!!!!

Name: Southernbelle
Comment: CNG> every other day one of them is in the media responding to what the other has said. " We're giving up race conversations" WTF. We need the conversations but say something constructive. They really need to stop with all this tit-for-tat it's not a good look. The media is playing right into it. Hillary's looking like the overally emotional, gossiping female and Barack looks likes he's into playing the dozens. Both of them are seasonal veterans. I expect both of them to be bigger than this.

Name: DCGG
Comment: Oh who gives a fuvk...Hillary and Tyra two tired whack azz bytches...

Name: B00TANEB00TUS
Comment: Tyra: Did slick Willy make it rain? Hillary: What?.... Tyra: Did the former President make it rain?

Name: BlkATLTop
Comment: Renneta- your expectations of Oprah seem a bit unrealistic. From all accounts I've read, she simply endorsed his candidacy. You can endorse someone without being part of their roadshows. Obviously you don't like her and you're using this as a chance hate on O. Having O. in your corner can help, but at the end of the day, it is Obama that will need to sway the voters.

Name: SweetieDarlin
Comment: Hey Renatta, I was initially thinking the same thing but IMO Oprah at the risk of her own audience demographic already stepped out on a limb. She probably doesn't want to alienate potential allies for the future. Right now it's a lot of tit for tat going, she has to be above it all to actually be credible to give the push for Obama or she would be painted with the same negative brush. Sit tight I believe that there is a strategy here. As for Hillary she is like a lot of women she was not going to sacrifice all the prestige and power just cause Bill was getting his noodle wet elsewhere. No doubt one of the trade offs was the ability to run for President in the future. Tyra will do anything for ratings, I would truly be afraid and embarrassed to see her crazy azz act a fool with Obama, she probably would just try to hop in his lap and grind him or something, the ask some lame question. Then again Obama on Tyra would at least continue to show his grace under fire, pressure and just plain foolishness.

Name: BlkATLTop
Comment: Deb70- where did you see pics of Jayne Kennedy? I remember seeing her at a department store in Va many many years ago. She was giving out autographed copies of her photos. I recall most of her fans trying to touch her hair- something I didn't understand at the time. Now, I realize they were probably trying to see if it was real hair.

Name: beegirl
Comment: I just don't see the Middle Eastern leaders taking her seriously because she is blond and female. To end this war, we need someone who can lay down the law. I think Obama could gain their respect because he doesn't look like Uncle Sam. And just for the record, I don't want anyone voting for anyone just because a celebrity like Oprah told them to. I want people to be well-informed on the issues and choose who they feel will best benefit the country. If Obama really is the man for us, he should be able to make his own points and get his own message across without Oprah holding his hand. A clear leader would only need her money to get his voice heard. Oprah is not running, so I think all this speculation on what she should be doing for this grown, intelligent man is stupid. Believe me, he fan base wouldn't vote for him or any Democrat anyway.

Name: beegirl
Comment: meant to say "her fan base..." meaning O's.

Name: my3pluscents
Comment: Please stop talking about Jayne Kennedy, the medication she takes, puts weight on her. Oh wait...for the sake of the Eurweb readers, maybe she should stop taking the medication to please the public, loose 5 pounds and die from it. THEN all of you would be calling her stupid for not taking her medication....sigh

Name: Katso
Comment: Sup Deb70- I know we had this debate yesterday but like I said yesterday I have been very impress with Hillary in the debates and that is why she has my vote. She outshined Edwards and Obama last night and took it right to President Bush. Even if she wins the nomination she might have to ask Obama to run with becasue of the bad blood in the party.

Name: McNasty
Comment: Jayne Kennedy spent most of her life as a slim statuesque woman and when it was over she left the spotlight. People have a right to be surprised at how she looks now because we tend not to not only age a person but project how they look after all this time and there is nothing wrong with that. Aside from her illness, age and children the fact that her ex Leon Isaac insisted she remain thin is no doubt a contributing factor to her fluff.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: Hillary is trying hard to get the Black Womans vote. I'm sorry Hill, but I voted for Bill and I'm glad I did. He was one of our best presidents, but his time and yours has pass. It's time for a change that our country has not had and it's BARACK OBAMA! peace

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: Renetta> You need to brush up on your news. Bob Johnson has since appologized and retracted his statment. The isn't the hood, everything isn't excepted and if BOB JOHNSON didn't know that now he knows. I think OPRAH is playing it smart. All Obama need from "O" is what she is doing, endorsing him. Obama doesn't need her to make ill adviced statement like apparently Bob Johnson did. What an AZZ hole!

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: FiveMore> You are on CRACK!

Name: queeniebunz
Comment: >ladybyrd - I have to co-sign on that one. Oprah ain't bowing to nobody. Anytime you can walk up to somebody's door whose home ain't for sale, and write check for $50 million so they'll start packing, you don't have to bow to nobody! ...I gotta get catty here -I like Tyra on ANTM but I gotta say she is gettin' kinds swole. She looks like a blueberry in that picture. I saw her last night on an OLD episode of NY Undercover playing the son's French teacher and she was bony. I don't think she needs to get that small but dang. She's rich. She needs a trainer and a diet plan. Jeez...

Name: Deb70
Comment: BlkATLTop--I googled her; and Oprah's mag had a picture of her. Maybe in the last year or so. Her face is still the same; but she's just let everything else go. And she has the ability to be as gorgeous as she ever was.

Name: Deb70
Comment: Katso--what's up...I'll give it to Hillary last night; but I ain't doing so happily. I think the whole roundtable thing was a bit awkward for Obama. Not making excuses for him because he did a great job, but yeah, Hillary did come off pretty thorough. Still don't like her tho'.

Name: Angel
Comment: LMAO @ blueberry! queeniebunz, I was thinking she looked a lil "Barney"ish in that dress, but I thought it was more due to the color and it just being a bad angle/shot of her.

Name: Deb70
Comment: And for those commenting on Jayne’s ailments, and using that as a reason why she looks how she does now; not the best excuse. Even Jayne said in “O” magazine that she wanted to do better about her weight and appearance. She is still gorgeous, she just needs to bring some of it back through maintenance. She’s just let it all go. Hair, weight, everything. But I still look at her as one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen. And I’ve felt that way since I was a kid. She can still inspire young women. Black, white, and otherwise.

Name: Deb70
Comment: Sorry for all the posts; here's a pic of Jayne recently. Face is still the same. http://www.mahoganycafe.com/jayne/jayne4.jpg

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: queeniebunz> I agree regarding Tyra. I like that she is building an empire like her rold model Oprah. Tyra is running in a few different time Zones. She NY for her talk show and in Cali and Europe for ANTM. She's probably eating at the wrong times. Her schedule must be crazy.

Name: ladybyrd
Comment: Jayne Kennedy was born in 1951. Which makes her close to 60 years old. She was never a small lady and remember the metabolism slows in your 30 years old. I think she looks like a lady who has a few kids and she's getting older. I don't think she looks bad. I think she looks like every other AMERICAN you see on the street getting older and over weight. She probably has put all her time and energy into her kids now that she's not in the public eye as a celebrity.

Name: SistaBigBone69
Comment: I'm going out and calling Hillary fake. I watched the new hampshire debate the night before their primary. Hillary came out in attack mode until John Edwards came back and told her to slow her roll and it is not about attacking etc. then Richardson stated after Edwards..."yeah save that for the republicans and Hillary slowed her roll. Than the next thing I knew the next day I look at the news and she is all teary eyed etc. She played for sympathy then and it worked. All the women in New Hampshire got off their azzes and went and vote. I do not trust her not one dayuum bit.

Name: Taurusingr
Comment: I put Bob Johnson in the same category as Michael Richardson,DAWG,IMUS,THAT BITC- in the "TIGER" situation & ANYONE ELSE who makes STUPID%*$ statements in public or ON TAPE!! THEY ARE who they SOUND LIKE THEY ARE!!! THEY only retract their statements after realizing what/how those statements make them look...Like the RACIST they ARE & in Bob's case, HOUSENIGG- HE IS! I think Bob's been "kept" ALL THROUGH the BET days also! THAT'S why he never did ANYTHING (like ORIGINAL programming) that would rub MTV wrong! And now MTV OWNS BET!??? Maybe he was selling his people out (not raising the bar from BOOTY SHAKIN to MORE INTELLIGENT,HISTORICAL & WELL ROUNDED shows)to assure the price he would receive from MTV!?? I think Bob & Larry Elder should go jump in a POOL OF MILK!!! Peace!

Name: Taurusingr
Comment: When there is an OBAMA! (Qualified,FRESH,INTELLIGENT,successful track record & HAS A PLAN!!)How can you be a member of any ethnic group (ESPECIALLY BLACK IN THIS COUNTRY) & NOT support him!!??? Oprah HAS/DOES SUPPORT OBAMA! And Bob Johnson has /DOES support MASSA! I'm NOT saying Hilary is BAD for Black people, I'm just saying that "in this election" I think.. OBAMA is BETTER FOR ALL PEOPLE!!!

Name: mamamay
Comment: why doesn't Hillary understand that the message from Dr MLK does not resignate the same for her as it does for folks of color? Folks who have been troubled, disrespected, beaten down, ridiculed, as like,Dr King, which resulted just from the color of their skin. There is no way she could understand these troubles. For her to go on and on is mockery. She is grandstanding about Dr King, in a way to disrespect Obama and all folks of color as if Dr King's message was scornful. It's demeaning what folks of color, celebrate for being part of his living legacy. I am glad that the Clinton's shared in the process of marching, but I am not proud of her blasphemy. She did this for the Show, not for the cause. Therefore she is now asking for pay back. Well continue to get your rewards from the men of your age group but not at the price of slammng Obama. or others.
