It is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. Period. Will the conscious black men please stand up? Protecting and providing for your women is how you can distinguish the men from the boys. When anyone wishes to ultimately disrespect you, they routinely disrespect your women-mothers, sisters, wives, daughters...
Black women- it seems no one is going to stand for us. We will need to do it for ourselves. We are more than jiggly round buttocks, thighs and breasts. Despite all of the contrary messages that we get repeatedly. It is not a compliment, it is disrespect. Why should anyone think before they speak in relation to us? Who is going to hold them accountable for their behavior?
If we don't care-NO ONE WILL!!! Let's heal, love, respect, and accept ourselves black women; and stop seeking outside validation.
