Comment: what a shame, i really liked this show. the problem came when they let "toni childs" leave the show. the four of them had a chemistry that they just couldnt seem to replace with "williams wife". she always seemed to kinda slow the show down with her timing or lack thereof with the other girlfriends. it just didnt seem to work. also, the manner in which she entered the show from the beginning as an oppourtunistic diva with no real luv for william just never really fit. i kinda get the feeling that reggie hayes and tracy ellis ross could end as the loosers because they played their rolls so well that they may be typecast. i now see "william" and "joan" when i see them outside of their characters. i wish them all well. they provided some great sitcom. much luv.

Comment: Even thought Girlfriends as been a little off this season, I think the show deserves a proper sendoff. Let Joan get marry! Glad to see Grey's Anatomy is returning.

Comment: Good riddance to 'Girlfriends'! I know it's been said before, but when Toni Childs was written off, the show sucked tall eggs. Plus, no Toni meant no Isaac Hayes or Jenifer Lewis!!! The producers f'ed up and there's no turning back. Joan and the rest of those heifers can kick rocks for all I care--

Comment: I'm glad Earl and the Office are back...they CMTFU..They should have Diana Ross make a cameo on the Girlfriends finale...Picture this...All the girlfriends are ready to go their separate ways...They meet at the airport to say their good-byes..A lady (Diana) is in line ready to board and she won't let them search her...She causes a commotion...Then this Latifah-type security guard walks up grabs her and puts on gloves to do a body search...Diana says: Wha-What are you getting ready to do....Please stop in the name of love!....

Comment: It is sad to see one ofthe only all African American cast show just go into an abyss. Toni did provide the show with her quick wit and humor. But the show began to get predictable. I believe they do deserve a proper finale.
