Comment: I'm sure that they are nice lads but I grew up in the 70's and 80's where bands, real black bands like EWF, Lakeside, Con Funk Shun, Zapp, The Gap Band, The Ohio Players ruled the day and Mint Condition just doens't give me that vibe like the others did and still do.

Comment: Oh yeah can't forget Cameo. I was just naming groups from the top of my head. I'm sure that Mint Condition are good guys and all but I'am from a generation where black bands were the norm and not the exception like today and that's a crying shame. Infact I'll go as fat to say that r & b is on it's death bed. Thank goodnes that Maxwell and Erykah got albums coming out real soon.

Comment: I must say that Mint Condition, is one of my all time favorite bands/groups. They are definitly in a class all by themselves. Even though there are groups with similiar qualities, there is nobody like my Mint Factory guy's. The Mint Condition, kinda remind of modern day R&B groups like Slave,The Commodores and Frankie Beverly & Maze. They totally rank up there with the best of them all. I am and will continue to be, a loyal fan/supporter of the baddest most diverse band/group in the land !
