Comment: Could this show really be considered a spinoff? 90210 went off the air in 2000 I believe. For a show to be a spinoff, doesn't it have to be out around the time or around the ending of the original?

Comment: Maybe they are calling it a spinoff because some of the same characters will be on the new show.
