She has lawyers for that and it is very difficult to prove something like that.

Comment: If the women, who claims that Oprah stole her idea, has documented proof (i.e letter from producer indicating that they would pass on the project) that the idea was presented to Oprah's producers she might have a case. I see a possible settlement.
