Comment: umm i thought no one knew who the alternates were until it was time to deliberate. anyhoo mj's jury didn't consist of a lot of black people and he was acquitted.

Comment: i don't know...was he actually charged with molestation or statuatory rape? i think this is about child pornagraphy. i can imagine that the prosecutors were eliminating anyone that looks like they "step in the name of love" which in their mind were probably the black prospective jurors.

Due to the fact that the alleged victim and her (paid off) parents deny it's her in the video, the prosecutor went after "R" on the child porn charges, which may stick moreso than any statutoy rape charge would it being some of us call such young girls "hot" and deserving of such treatment!!!!
