Comment: The defense reported that it wasn’t R Kelly in that video because he doesn’t have a “mole” on his back & the person in the video does. It was also reported that prosecutors will not call the girl in the video to testify; the defense response is that the prosecutors know that it isn’t R Kelly.

Comment: Actually, Tom Joyner DID announce a boycott of R Kelly after the charges were first filed. He didn't play his songs for a while then the case stalled and he said he didn't see anyone else boycotting him so he dropped it. J Anthony Brown has always clowned R Kelly, as well as other folks.I don't think TJ is a buffoon, he's doing a lot to help HBCUs.

Before he bothered to try to understand what the Jena6 brouhaha was about he clowned those boys too then he got a call from Michael Baisden - only then did he get serious. I personally don't consider TJ a buffoon but he can sure do some buffoonish shyt at times and putting a single penny into the pocket of R. Kelly by playing his music is one of them. Comment: Aliyah is going to be brought up at this trial.... and I think the prosecution is more prepared than defense...the prosecution fought to make sure this case went to trial...and by showing the video at the beginning of this trial... the jurors are going to always keep the images in mind.. if Kelly makes any poises or utters any sound or words like the man it the tape during the course of the trial in that courtroom... THEY GOT HIM
