Comment: The prosecution should be able to rebuttal the defense's suggestion that someone's head was superimposed by bringing in one or two experts in that area. But since when has "That's not me" been an effective defense against video footage? If that's all that's needed, you can throw out thousands of survellience videos entered as evidence in court cases, and release thousands who are in prison now because their actions were caught on tape.

Comment: What EURweb failed to include is the information about the victim's aunt and uncle confirming it is her in the video as well and that the video was the "word on the street" in their neighborhood prior to it being sent to the newspaper. I pray this brotha is done for.

The defense is obviously saving it because it was the aunt that introduced this child to ruh and it was the aunt that turned the tape in. It was also the aunt Sparkle that got a record contract for it but that contract now is all but null and void and I believe it was because she turned the tape in.

I saw the film It was difently Kells. The Grown women in the film rocked the shyt out of his azz he couldn't keep up with them they was bonin him so hard. Comment: I am not ashamed to say I love this man's talent; however, I would stop at being described as a "rabid fan." I have never seen the tape, don't want to, but his arrogance at putting it on tape, then showing it to others, all I can say is DUMMY! Ever since this story broke, I hear of the outrage about R Kelly, yet people have been living and protecting pedophiles in their own families as we speak. If they would have just spoken out [I know it is difficult, and no, I never went through it, THANK YOU GOD], but I am saddened to think that we as a community enable all kinds of bad behaviour and it's ALL unfortunate. Unless R'ruh's got an identical twin that was separated at birth, I'd bet the rest of my paychecks for the remainder of 2008 that it is Robert Kelly aka R. Kelly performing the degrading and despicable acts that pedophiles like him thrive on and have the audacity to videotape. I guess my question to defense attorney Sam Adams, Jr. would be, 'How can you compare the advanced computer technology of 2006's "Little Man," with technology, nine years earlier. All one has to do is look at R. Kelly's 2005 bizarre and campy 12-part series of " Trapped in the Closet," to realize that anything he taped in 1997 would not begin to rival the technology of 2006 because he his production efforts couldn't even rival it in 2005. Though "his" sex-tape was admittedly grainy, there were enough close-ups of both the girl and him, and he and his henchman of an attorney can claim all day long that he is not in that video, but it is most assuredly and without a doubt, HIM. It is him urinating onto the girl's face and breasts; just as it is HIM doing all the vile and perverted acts that he is accused of. I'll tell you this, he'd better be damn glad my late mother no longer sits on the Illinois Pardon and Parole Board because his no-good AZZ would be sitting in the nearest state prison; namely Joliet, doing every bit of his time. A message to the Illinois Department of Corrections... send this no-good offender of under-aged girls to the big house with a quickness!!! He doesn't deserve to see another light of day.
