Comment: Man, I'm praying to God that 50 didn't do nothing like that knowing full well that his son was in the house. I'm not saying that it's any more right if his son wasn't there, because any loss of life is tragic, but not with his own offspring there. Arson is a very serious crime. Comment: I seriously doubt 50 had anything to do with the house being burned down. He had no reason to burn down the house because legally he owned it and eventually the courts would have ordered her to leave. If anything she did it or the boyfriend burned down the house because she doesn't have a legal leg to stand on. She probably felt like if she couldn't have the house neither could 50.

Comment: I understand to Taurusingr. 50 bought her that house and paying her child support(she is probably looking at that child support as extra income for her and not child support)and she wants to scream what a good father would do. Comment: Regardless of the circumstances between 50 and the mother of his son, his behavior is very suspect. She was up at 4am because her son was ill and it's a good thing. Also two more homes were torched the same way just prior to 50's home being burnt.

It seems that most have shunned the traditional family and things don't always work out either way BUT I dare say if folks would get their priorities in order then some of this mess could be avoided. Comment: I'm curious about a few things behind this story. The report says that she lives there with "2 of her kids" and I wonder how many kids she has. Also, the press is playing up the recovery of a 5 gallon gas can...as a homeowner, it's not unusual to have a gas can because one needs it for the lawn mower and weed wacker. It would be a stupid move on 50's part to orchestrate the fire. Not for nothing, she is a baby-mama and was never his wife so the only thing she's entitled to is child support. I don't buy that whole business of "he bought me that house" and "he was going to give me half of his earnings." As far as I'm concerned, she's a squatter as well as the other adults that were staying there.

Comment: 50 doesn't have a reason to burn down the house. Yes, she has another child that is not from 50. She did, in fact have another man living there for an entire year. Neither one of them are paying the mortgage. 50 was at one time giving her $20k per month to support his 10yr old son. This ended up going to court because he demanded that if her and her boyfriend were going to continue to live there, they would have to pay him $4500 a month in rent. She refused and he took her to court. The judge reduced her support payments to $6500 per month after reviewing her monthly expenses. She was also ordered to be out the house on June 10. I find it strange that he would burn the house down a couple weeks before the judge asked her to leave. She is triffling. She's trying to appeal the judges decision about her eviction. She had her boyfriend and two of his friends start an altercation with 50 in an attempt to get him to hit one of them so that they could sue. Someone recorded it on their cell phone and its posted on TMZ. From the article that I read, she said that she heard someone breaking into the home shortly before the fire started however the police are not investigating it. More than likely, it's because they know she is not being truthful.

Comment: She's about to lose something that is obviously precious to her, she pis.sed that the judge saw her for the trifling golddigger she is and reduced her payments, she and her man can't afford the house on their own and neither has the money to maintain it, there is not the slightest thought to give her half of his as.sets. Comment: What up McNasty?...additional facts not reported (and most know I'm not really a 50 fan). This fire was the third arson related fire set early that morning. Sounds like Shaniqua hired some crackheads who could not get the address correct. Now if the other two houses did not burn to the ground...why did this one? If a cocktail was thrown into a window on the lower level, why was the roof of the house blazing kind of like gasoline was poured all up and through that house? Why would Shaniqua expect Fifty to call her about her son when she instigated a "set up" in lower Manhattan days before to try to get him to %*$ault her (or her man, or her man's man)? Why would a trial lawyer (a lawyer who is used to things being dragged out forever) allow her entourage to even come to the deposition in light of how heated things have been? I could go on. You would think they just broke up...and this man hasn't been with her for ions, the kid is 10. The house was his and he let her live there because of the school district and the neighborhood. Shaniqua reminds me of Gov. McGreedy (I mean McGreevy's wife who thinks she is still the first lady of New Jersey yet she had to admit in court that she stalked him before he married her). These two hookers are setting a very poor example of what men think about women and motives. Sadly because it's Suffolk county (NY State NOT NY City) someone is going to jail (my bet is that it will be Shaniqua) and someone is geting ready to lose custody of thier child (my bet is that it will be Shaniqua). The insurance Company is not going to pay, they are going to prosecute whoever is responsible and that alone is enough to let me know Fifty did not have anything to do with that fire. Trifflin' trick who just won't let go and move on. Fifty is not Puff Daddy and Shaniqua is not Misa...I can't even say get a job, Niqua is going to jail!

He even won the court battle to have her evicted from the residence so therefore, he had no reason to burn the place down but she had every reason. Her child support went from $25K a month to $6500, then she was court ordered to move out the residence in June mind you. That would pizz me off to the point of thinking about burning the shiat down too but doing it, no way! She was ghetto and ghetto minds think alike. Now, just think when Fiddy hires that forensic arson investigator and proves her and her new boyfriend started the fire. I just heard on the entertainment report that 50 has been in Louisiana filming a movie so unless he hired a stunt double (I'll teach you how to stunt) this child better get her business in order. One thing I know for damn sure, a fire investigator is hella more vigilant that the police are so she will be charged and the boyfriend is going down as her accomplice. She should have taken that 6500 and gotten her own crib. I still can't understand how she thinks she is entitled to more or even half his earnings. She then got even more greedy and cocky and asking for more money and asking the court to stop him from evicting her. first off, it's his house, he has the right to sell it. second, she may have helped him when he got shot but where she didn't help him start the label or the vitamin water deal so why should she get half his fortune. The chick needs to get a job. The nerve of this chick to move her boyfriend in the house of your Ex who's flipping the bill. That's a slap in the face. if anything she SHOULD have moved in with a boyfriend but i guess he probably don't have a pot to p.iss in. She probably burnt the house down to get money from 50 since he won the court battle or 50 could have burnt it down to evict her a.ss since he was going to sell it anyway. either way it's a messed up situation and i don't trust her. Comment: When all is said and done, 50 may end up with full custody. Right now they all are either homeless and double-up with family members. Not exactly the lifestyle 50's son is used to and 50 can use this fact to argue for sole custody that it's not a proper environment for his son to be in - and he may win! I read some years back in Barry White's autobiography, he was paying child and spousal support to Mary, his first wife, (before Glodean) and she spent lavishly on herself and new boyfriend. He sued and won sole custody of all his kids. Miss Baby Mama's days of living large are numbered!

Comment: I am suspect of 50' seems to me if you are upset a man has moved in with your ex you should really try to find out who is around your son, is he taking care of him (emotionally since you have the finances) If I was 50 andI was unhappy about the situation I would want to no how this was affecting my son. I would try to stay out of court to protect my son. If his mom seemed vindictive and greedy I would sue for custody and none of this would have occured seems to me he does not care about the child at all.
