Comment: Say what you want 'bout Ms. Patti's makeup, but this sista put the "D" in DIVA! Aretha might be the "queen", and Diana Ross ... with all the gowns and tons of weave might be the 'boss' ... PATTI-PATTI is THE DIVA for the ages!! Compared to the the two aforementioned ... and with all due respect ... Patti Labelle has aged a helluva lot better and she still has such a powerhouse voice that she doesn't have to get by on just past reputation alone! I saw her once here in Tallahassee and when she kicked off them high-heels, them supersonic notes came out of her throat and everbody was done!!
