Comment: Regarding felons and voting seven states, including Florida and Kentucky, permanently bar felons from voting -- unless they successfully petition to have the right restored -- and another seven states ban some categories of felons or impose a waiting period. Most states don't allow felons on probation or parole to vote, and only Maine and Vermont give felons in prison the vote.

Comment: I caught a small segment of rap city yesterday and there is a rapper who's last name is Ortiz that did a rap letter to Obama. I can't recite it but it's worth listening to - I thought it was off the hook. As for Nas - I don't trust him not to embarrass us with his tracks. Comment: Where were these people when he was battlin' Hillary? Now that he's won half the battle then they wanna chime in? Quite frankly, they're a day late and a dollar short unless they are going to actively participate in his campaign against McCain.
