Comment: Ruh isn't testifying because he doesn't want to incriminate himself nor spend time in the hoosegow for perjury and I'm glad the jury will get some time alone with that video because from the little I saw on the entertainment show there is no mistaking who it is. Comment: He's going to walk...simply because the girl refused to testify and all DA witnesses were shady. Like I said yesterday, the sad part is he know's he's guilty as all get up. People like him have a sickness they can't control and it will just a matter of time before he actually gets caught because he can't help himself.

I know it's a defense lawyer's standard position to not have a client testify in their own defense, but I've always felt that if you're telling the truth, what is there to fear? At any rate, it doesn't look good for Kelly, but the rich tend to get different results from the "justice" system than those of us who are less economically fortunate, so who knows.
