Comment: Brother Samad, I too had several encounters with Bernie while my daughter was working as a photo-double on his show. He never acted like a "star"- he was just a down-to-earth brother from Chicago (something else he and I shared). My daughter cried when we told her he passed because he always treated her like she was special, even though she was only a cast extra. B-Mac was a great "person" & we miss him. GOMAB.
