Comment: Why won't these filthy rich bishops of the grand ol Church of God in Christ do something to help out their own? We spend hours on end taking up offerings and what not...why not take up some offerings for this cogic pioneer???!! *pulls out church fan and just starts fanning away*

Comment: I'm trying to figure out why Christian folks always have their hands out but never seem to have money set aside for stuff like this. He got a grammy nomination which means he has money coming in from his music. He's a recording artist and head of a church. Where is his money? What about the wife's insurance money to cover it? I feel for him but come on.

Just because someone is a minister, or a doctor, lawyer, singer, dancer, teacher, factory worker, etc, does not mean they are good money/finance managers and got their insurance premiums up-to-date or have any insurance at all for that matter - you would be surprised at the amount of people who have absolutely no auto/home/or life insurance for themselves or their families - One of my co-workers friends just buried their 32 year old daughter who died of some disease, and this lady had NO insurance at all, and neither did the family - none of any of the ones i mentioned - at all! They were begging and asking so many people to donate money to help bury there daughter - it was heartbreaking - i didn't even know the family and volunteered to give some money to help this family. Most people spend it as soon as they get it - they don't set up retirement plans or college funds or anything - you can start with low premiums just to have some type of policy to use in case of family or health emergencies - anything helps because we don't know what may lay ahead in the future.............

Comment: EVERYBODY IS RIGHT about the church helping Rev Timothy Wright!!! I bet U they all sings his songs and got his records. Bishop Eddie LONG OR BISHOP T.D. JAKES COULD WIPE THE MEDICAL BILLS OUT AND IT WOULDN'T HURT THEM AT ALL.wouldn't even need all these fund raiseres. Bishop Blake is a very wealthy man he could pay the bills off and it wouldn't hurt him at all!!! U find out just how much U mean 2 people When U get in big trouble like this no medical insurance and need mega bucks. If it was one of them and Pastor Timothy Wright had the money 2 pay he would do it. I know him personally he's just that kind of man!! come on Bishops!!! churches !!! Gospel singers where is the love??????????????

Comment: I'm sure God will bless him and provide for his every need. God's word is true & his promises are never broken. Rather Blake, Long or Jakes or any other Bishops get involved, Rev Wright will be taken care of and provided for.
