Unless you are a business mind like Buffet or Trump and 'em, you have to rely on advisors. I raise the question because when these rappers go from materialistic thug type raps to all these big bidness deals and then all of a sudden they are ranked #1 etc on Forbes I think my question is valid - "who's genius was that? who's credit does THAT really go to?" I like to know if these rappers truely have the business mind talent to bust all these moves themselves or are business folks around them advising them or straiht up running the show. I like to know the behind the scenes dynamics before I applaud these guys on these levels. I'm not saying they aint smart enough to make these $$ bidness moves on thier own - but whenever I hear these deals and news deals and their brand tie in successes I always think "Ok, now, are they really bidness men on that level rollin like that or are they just takin advice from thier teams or are thier financial folks doin the whole thing and the rappers just get the credit?" Just questions that come to mind when I read these reports. Peace!

Comment: Your point is valid TMan. Most people do have advisors and things of that nature. I will not debate you on that. But some things they can do for themselves. 50 said Vitamin Water came at him to sponsor him. They wanted to reach a hip/younger crowd. 50 said he would do it only if he could invest in stock in the company, which he did. The company did great when they just slapped his name on the grape flavor. He just got extremely lucky when Coke bought the company for billions. You can applaud 50 for him pocketing that 100 mil plus. LOL!

Comment: Of course they have financial advisors, lawyers and other business acumen people working for them but it doesn't matter about who gets credit b/c all we know is the brothas is banking while you all hatin on how they got their paper. They sleep and still making money, can u do the same?
